Pros: The personal was so amazing and sweet. The food was delicious. During our stay I fell sick and they gave me tea with honey and lemon <3 and balcony view was so breathtaking. I really reccomend this hotel. Over all feel was like 5 star hotel. Thanks so much for everything, our trip was better because of you.

Pros: Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo splendido hotel a Brunico e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza di qualità, comfort e ospitalità autentica. Le stanze sono moderne, spaziose e curate nei minimi dettagli, perfette per un soggiorno rilassante sia d’inverno che d’estate. L’atmosfera è accogliente e si percepisce subito l’attenzione per il benessere degli ospiti. Un vero punto di forza è la signora che gestisce l’hotel: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. Inoltre, è una cuoca eccezionale! I piatti che prepara sono deliziosi, fatti con ingredienti freschi e con una cura che rende ogni pasto un vero piacere. Se state cercando un posto dove sentirvi coccolati, con un’ospitalità genuina e un servizio impeccabile, questo hotel è la scelta giusta. Perfetto per chi vuole scoprire Brunico e i suoi dintorni con il massimo del comfort. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio senza esitazione!

Pros: Velmi milý personál, krásně se chovali k nám i dětem. Jídlo výborné, vše nám chutnalo, i děti jedly vše a to je co říci. Pokoje krásné, moderně zařízené, postele moc pohodlné. Krásná relaxační zóna, dvě sauny a pára. Za mě vše pecka!
