Villa Edelweiss

Our family’s three-night stay in this spacious Dolomite flat was fantastic, with everything we needed for self-catering

Pros: We loved the Dolomite apartment for its spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped setup, complete with a charming balcony overlooking the lake.

Cons: It wasn’t in Alleghe, but the next ‘town’ 1 km from Alleghe.

Pros: Nice apartment directly by the sea. There was all essentials in the apartment.

Cons: The balcony was not recently cleaned, lots of spiderwebs there. Some dust at certain small spots inside, too. Partly a little worn out, but nothing that really mattered.

Excellent village for daily exploration of surrounding valleys

Pros: The view and setting above the lake was perfect, out of the way of traffic noise and people but so close to the village. Lots of options for eating. Great base for exploring the many valleys

Pros: Stunning location, beautiful apartment, great views and awesome local town.

The apartment was perfect in every way. It was exactly what we were looking for, for our family of 4

Pros: Location was great. Scenery was beautiful. Hosts left us complete information about everything we needed to know for the apartment. I would say everything was as advertised. We would stay there again, if ever in Alleghe and would recommend it for anyone else looking.

The apartment is outstanding in every point of view.

Pros: First of all, the hosts are very nice and polite. They provided us with all the necessary instructions, from finding the accommodation to accessing the ski resort, very clear and detailed. The communication was excellent, they were always available and answered all additional questions we had. The apartment itself was astonishing. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Above all, it was a warm space with a beautiful view of the lake. It is definitely a lovely apartment for the price. We truly reccomend it and we are happy that we decided to choose Villa Edelweiss for our stay!

Pros: Good location for cycling various dolomite climbs. Not a lot of options for dining in alleghe.

Cons: It's a small village with few options for eating and drinking.

Pros: The location and rooms were good and clean and spaciou. Also very quaint and quiet

Cons: The kitchens and not well stocked and need to be stocked with basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, oil, a few spices and towels and more pots and pans to make cooking better, we were also missing some of the bedding sheets. They had a boat but unfortunately it was much heavier than expected and we couldn't find any oars so we weren't able to use it.

Beautiful views.

Pros: Comfortable and clean with a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The kitchen makes it easy to prepare food, and there’s a great coop grocery store in town just a few minutes away. Great hiking trails are just a short drive up the mountain. The rental staff communicated well.

Cons: The gated driveway to access parking is very narrow and very steep. It was a bit difficult to drive in and out.

Pros: Belle vue sur le lac depuis le balcon. Appartement bien équipé. Jolie décoration.

Cons: Seulement deux chaises sur le balcon. Des transats seraient un plus.
