Residence Aspen

Amazing place! Highly recommended

Pros: Everything! Just a few steps away from the slope, easy to reach both Sellaronda green or orange routes and Marmolada, location itself is well decorated, spotlessly clean and welcoming right from the reception area (snacks, sweets and a machine for hot chocolate, highly apreciated by the kids 😃). Room was cosy, very clean, had all utilities needed for a comfortable stay. A small spa with massage chairs, jacuzzi, saunas - we used every single day. The personnel: smiling, helpful and just amazing!

Cons: WiFi was slow but we didn’t care too much 😁

Pros: The accommodation was lovely clean obviously very newly built or refurbished. The Solden room is located on the ground floor and everything is conveniently accessible. Hassle-free parking in front of the house. We were able to store our bikes in the lovely spacious garage (with slightly less access via steep steps). The location was also great, quiet yet only about 100m from the main avenue in Arraba. Overall, I can definitely recommend the Aspen residence.

Cons: Weaker wifi. Noisy workers on the opposite site were quite restrictive to our sleep.

An excellent accommodation definitely in the summer, but perhaps even more so in the winter.

Pros: The rooms are tastefully decorated in a modern style, but this is true of the entire house. The wellness facilities and cleanliness are also noteworthy. The staff was kind, helpful and most importantly, smiling.

Cons: It wasn't like that.

Cons: My bedroom and bathroom windows face the walkway leading to the ski storage area.

Pros: Location right next to Berz lift was excellent. Not quite ski out but could ski in.

Cons: The indoor jacuzzi could have been a little hotter. The massage chairs are interesting! Not sure that they are really worthwhile. Would be better to have an indoor pool.

Pros: The room was really great! Nice wood, fireplace - perfect! Daniela is amazing administrator - she managed to fulfill all our wishes.

Cons: Shower water was terrible - a few seconds very hot then a few seconds cold. And this happens all the time. Also wifi is almost impossible to use: sometimes slow, sometimes doesn't work at all. Double beds are a little too small.

Excellent refuge after all-day hiking.

Pros: Very pleasant and cosy place, well maintained and very clean, top model massage chairs.

Cons: Wet sauna could have been a bit warmer.

Pros: The receptionist is very helpful. The location is excellent to hike. I received many bonuses: voucher to restaurant, free wellness, free sweet for children every day and liquor like a gift. In additional they have the laundry room with dryers for free, too. I love this residence.

Cons: Nothing.
