Can't fault this accommodation. Absolutely loved it !

Pros: Really nice hotel. Clean, spacious and quiet. Parking !! which we needed after our journey from the UK. There are two partner hotels, the apartments that we stayed in and the hotel which is a 3 minute walk away. Cons: Nothing, sorry - it was absolutely fabulous !

It was a nice and comfortable stay.

Pros: Perfect location. Plenty of parking. Comfortable room temperature. Beds were super comfortable.

Cons: It would have been lovely to be able to use the wellness facilities more than 4 hours a day. We were never home between the 4pm - 8pm opening times so couldn’t use it. It was also slightly inconvenient to have to check out at the hotel next door, and have to collect the €100 cash deposit. It was all so paper based. Lucky I found my receipt or I wasn’t getting MY money back!

Pros: The staff were nice and helpful. Access to the wellness spa in the evening was great. It's a super location in the mountains.

Cons: There were no real food or drink facilities of note. You could book breakfast but it was quite expensive.

Pros: It was a very spacious, comfortable and welcoming room. it had everything we needed for our stay there, a fully equipped kitchen, and many more that made it feel like a home away from home. Its location is good if you consider it as your base to tour the Dolomites area without driving for too long. The staff of the hotel was also very friendly and welcoming We'll soon return sometime soon.

Cons: The only thing that didn't sit right at first was the 100 euro deposit you need to give in cash upon arrival at the hotel. You get to receive the deposit back during the check out process if they make aure that you leave the room in its initial state and to be more specific, with a clean kitchen and no rubbish or mold. Although it was something that made us anxious at first we ended up understanding their logic behind the whole process. The fact that we as guests are people who always leave our rooms in tact and clean, doesn't mean that everyone respects the space that accommodates them.

Pros: Our room was very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with good quality ustensils, pans and tableware. Also, the view from our room was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely come back.

Pros: The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and varied, and we really appreciated the convenient parking. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the Dolomites. Would definitely come back!

Cons: The only thing we missed was a common room or lounge area where a larger group could meet comfortably – we were 17 people, and sitting outside in front of the hotel wasn't ideal, especially in the evenings when things got a bit lively.

Pros: The check-in was easy, and the room was exceptionally clean with all the facilities to be self-sufficient. I can highly recommend the hotel. The hotel next door seems to be part of the same group and the food and drink there is excellent.

Cons: I wasn't aware of the need to provide a 100 euro cash deposit until after I'd booked. Fortunately, I had cash, and it wasn't a problem. Also, early morning check out is at a neighbouring hotel. See above.
