Beautiful stay in the heart of Bolzano

Pros: New property in the city center of Bolzano. The studio was beautiful and comfortable and the location was just perfect. Staff were very cordial and helpful which is very appreciative! Fully recommend this place!

Situated right in the heart of Bolzano, it allows you to explore the historic center, shops, restaurants, and main attractions all within easy walking distance. Whether you're visiting for leisure or business, you simply couldn’t ask for a better base. The room was beautiful, spacious, and tastefully designed, blending elegance with comfort. The bathroom was equally impressive — large, modern, and impeccably maintained, offering both style and practicality. Service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making the entire stay feel effortless and enjoyable. Cleanliness deserves special mention: everything was spotless. From the room to the common areas, the level of hygiene was outstanding and clearly a top priority. Highly recommended!

Cons: Actually we would have liked to find complimentary bottles of water in the fridge, as has become the norm in most hotels nowadays. Maybe a nicer view from the room could have been desirable.

Great location, wonderful decor and view, excellent staff

Pros: Great location at the end of the shopping street. Our room had a lovely view of the mountains. Very clean, great facilities and kind staff. Very helpful that there were lockers available to leave our bag after check out.

Cons: Two light were not working, but it wasn’t a big problem. It would have been nice if the spa would have been open longer.

Pros: The property is so comfortable and everything were perfect. We felt like staying in a luxury high end apartment. We truly enjoy our staying here.

Cons: The only thing not so convenient is the washing machine and dryer is at first floor and there is only one unit each. We need to go up and down the elevator to check if it's occupied.

Great place to stay in Bolzano

Pros: Apartment was clean, spacious and the shower is awesome. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to help with any issue we had.

Cons: It was impossible to control the temperature in the room. It appeared to be a seasonal issue, but it still made the room uncomfortably hot.
