Great place to stay at a reasonable price

Pros: Spacious room equipped with everything - including a Nespresso machine! :) Just stayed here for a couple of days to visit family, excellent value for money, very close to the city centre!

Perfect

Pros: Modern, spotless, a big room with a kitchenette and a balcony. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Close to the station and old town (10-15 minutes walk). Highly recommended.

Pros: Clean (room, community rooms, floors etc.) Fresh sheets and towels weekly. Function oriented Well insulated walls (calm) Gym equipment in good contidion Laundry user friendly Professional billing.

Cons: Bathroom ventilator in the room was wired incorrectly, so it was on all the time. They did not fix it during my stay. They might handle it like a complex issue. Somewhat annoying nevertheless. Chairs are pretty uncomfortable. Building gets no direct sunlight in the winter. Building right next to Ferrari tower has very bright ads which lit up the room at night.

10/10 for this price. Really.

Pros: It was absolutely surprisingly new, clean, I especially liked little kitchenette, there were even slippers and little vanity kit, as if it would be in 4* hotel. 10-15min away from train station and centre and for this price? Wow.

Cons: Bed, hélas, wasn’t so comfy, but however excitement of marvelous panorama of mountains and roaring river just in front of the hotel have took my breath away, so I couldn’t sleep anyways :)))

Pros: Brilliant apartments, will definitely come back. Clean and fresh, the girl that checked us in was amazing and told us there’s shortcut into town!

Cons: Pity there was not enough coffee capsules for two people and would have been lovely to have balcony furniture.

Pros: The room was spotless clean with everything you might need provided. The reception staff were all so nice and welcoming. The view from the room was fantastic. Overall would recommend staying here in Bolzano.

Cons: The room's coffee machine wasnt working but that was not important i was drinking my coffee in the local cafes in the area

Pros: Ferrari towers was well appointed brand new in appearance. Great facilities. Secure. Bed was comfy. Easy check in and departure. Laundry services very useful.

Cons: Location was not super central which maybe a draw back for some. Initially was tricky to locate walking from station, due to lots of construction around the station. Once mastered the route was easy.

Great facilities and personnel. Tiny adjustments to the rooms would make them 80% More comfortable.

Pros: Very new/modern. Friendly staff. Location is fine (especially when you have a bike or something)

Cons: Just one more cosy light - Like.. a warm indirect light source - in the room would make a huge difference to how comfortable it would feel to stay and relax in it. It matters. Right now quite „cold“ and sterile vibe. So that it‘s very but also purely functional.

Best and recommended

Pros: The property is very near to city. Exceptionally neat and clean. With every facilities and staff ready to help. Very satisfied with the stay❤️
