Incredibly warm staff, exceptional breakfast, prime location, amazing rooms

Pros: The room was big, clean and had lovely toiletries to use. The beds were so comfortable and the projector screen was amazing! We were right in the heart of Bolzano.

Short stay in beautiful Bolzano in beautiful building

Pros: I had a junior suite - tall ceilings, large open plan room with period details. I thought the blend of a period building with contemporary finish worked really well. There is a sun terrace with lovely views over the cathedral and beyond, and a restaurant where you can eat and have breakfast. The building was quiet in the evening and it felt very peaceful. The receptionist could not have been more kind and helpful and the location just off piazza walther is superb as it puts you in the heart of the old town. I thought it was terrific from start to finish. I was given the ritten card which allowed me to use the nearby gondola and narrow gauge train which was lovely.

Cons: Nothing. The other comments on booking.com which complain that it's not a hotel seem to ignore the fact that it's a collection of apartments with connected restaurant, and I contacted the property ahead of time for directions - 6 minutes walk from the railway station and you then enter through a beautiful florist shop on the ground floor and take the lift to second floor reception. The only thing I would complain about is only spending more time in Bolzano (I had 2 nights).

The ultimate hotel experience.

Pros: Stunning hotel experience. Beautifully designed. So spacious. Premium toiletries (Balmain Paris) and Dyson hairdryer included. Window views from the bedroom and bathroom. Cute balcony with table and chairs. Very cool glass cupboard with a shelf specifically for charging devices. Super friendly and professional staff. Private entrance via a beautiful florist or through the hotel restaurant. Excellent location to all the sights and great restaurants. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bolzano.

Cons: Just one minor suggestion: replace the Balmain Paris soap bar with hand wash instead, and perhaps a hook to hang the hand towel and face towel :)

An excellent stay in the heart of Bolzano!

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, with a very convenient underground parking. Our room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Breakfast, included in the price, was delicious and varied, served both indoors and on the terrace. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant – just as tasty. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We felt great and would gladly return anytime!

Wonderful position, wonderful hotel and wonderful staff

Pros: Wonderfully renovated building very contemporary comfortable bed and lovely shower. Staff was excellent, including Ciara Felix Jacob and others.

Cons: Would’ve liked the Air Conditioning a bit cooler in such hot weather.

Pros: Location was perfect, car park underground reachable with lift. Staff amazing and room AMAZING.

Stylish, historic stay! Exquisite!

Pros: Meta Suites were accomodating and helpful - a last minute stay due to late change in plans! The staff were friendly and thorough while the room was stylish, clean and well equipped! I will be recommending to friends and family who are planning to travel to Bolzano!
