Great location and lovely room
Pros: Lovely room with all you need for a short stay including a good coffee machine and little kitchen. It worked great for a family of four also because it was right in the centre of a the beautiful city centre.
Cons: It was a bit cold when we arrived so used an electric heater that worked ok but not ideal to have around small children.

Pros: Loved this place. The location was perfect and the staff super helpful. We were late and missed our check in yet they were still accommodating, very rare these days. They even allowed us to ship our hiking gear to the hotel in advance. Really, 11/10

Pros: Location in the very centre of the town, but it's possible to enter the pedestrian area by car thanks to the permit, provided by the hotel. Parking is in the 5 minutes walking distance, you use the card, attached to the room key, to open the gate and park for free. Very clean rooms, kitchen with coffee maker and several cartridges. Personnel with fluent English. Plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

Soggiorno fantastico!
Pros: Posizione centralissima, ottima pulizia, buon prezzo! In cucina era presente una macchina per caffè con cialde, appartamento spazioso e luminoso. Abbiamo dormito benissimo nonostante la vicinanza della chiesa e delle campane! (A finestre chiuse anche la gente che passava in strada non si sentiva particolarmente). Accoglienza ottima e receptionist molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di arrivare con l'auto sotto il residence per scaricare, poi il parcheggio è a 5 minuti a piedi.
Cons: Piccole cose non particolarmente importanti. Mancavano i bicchieri normali (solo calici), i cucchiaini erano solo due (noi in 4), le tazze per colazione solo 2 (noi in 4), le pareti sottili non una grande insonorizzazione, sentivamo i vicini parlare al telefono. Per noi non è stato un problema ma segnalo una quindicina di gradini all'ingresso per chi dovesse avere problemi o persone che fanno fatica a salire le scale.

Pleasant mini-apartment in the historic center
Pros: - Great location in the heart of the historic center - Good size for 2 people - Small terrace with mountain view - Nearby parking included in price - Lift (except for a short set of stairs at the entrance) - Small but functional kitchenette with coffee maker and pods
Cons: - Heating turned off/on at odd times (portable heater was provided though) - WiFi very slow - Hot water took a long tine to get to temperature

Pros: Komfortabel ausgestattetes, sauberes Appartment mit zwei hübschen Erkern sehr zentral gelegen direkt in der Altstadt von Brixen. Die Küche ist klein aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Betten waren sehr gut, auf Nachfrage haben wir neben dem vorab bestätigten Babybett noch einen Hochstuhl bekommen.
Cons: Etwas schwierig für uns mit Baby war, dass nur drei Mal pro Tag die Heizung lief. Es stand noch eine zusätzliche Elektroheizung im Zimmer, die man bei Bedarf zusätzlich anmachen konnte, aber da unser Baby bereits krabbelt konnte sie nicht im selben Raum stehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, jedoch bis auf den Check In nur telefonisch auf der italienischen Nummer erreichbar d.h. es fallen Telefongebühren an. D.h. wenn dies dauerhaft so gehandhabt wird müsste ggf ein Gästetelefon bereit gestellt werden oder es eine Kontaktmöglichkeit via Messenger geben.

Nice place and great staff.
Pros: It was not a modern or new hotel but it was well maintained. I really liked that they gave us welcome and Christmas presents and also free bus passes during our stay in Brixen. The location is very nice as well just across is the bus stop and near the Christmas market and other shops.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Struttura ampia e pulita. In centro, perfetta per visitare mercatini(sotto Natale) oppure il paese, 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, vicino alla fermata bus per impianti Plose.(Mezzi pubblici compresi nel soggiorno) Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a fornire informazioni. Consigliatissima

Terme e relax
Pros: Posizione centralissima, comoda con parcheggio dedicato a 5min. Pulizia, macchinetta del caffè e bollitore in camera.
Cons: Struttura un po’ datata è un po’ freddina la notte ma c’è un termosifone elettrico in caso di freddo.
