Pros: I loved everything, starting from Michele’s warm welcome that made us feel right at home. The calm atmosphere was wonderful, the view was amazing, and even the activities they offered were great. They also provide free cable car tickets for one ride. I’ve visited many places and stayed in many hotels, but I’ve never experienced anything quite like this — from the hospitality to every detail. Thank you for making this experience truly exceptional.

Pros: I’ve tried many hotels, but this is by far the best one so far. Everything was beyond excellent — the reception, the room, the facilities — literally everything!

Pros: The apartment is fully equipped with AC (living room and the bedrooms) so that helps when the weather is hot. Also the kitchen is fully equipped with the items you will need to cook. The staff is super friendly and they are very helpful at anytime. There is a washing machine room available.

Cons: The jacuzzi is super fun for the kids after a long day but the amount of chlorine is high, which they need to reduce in future.
