Very pleasant stay, comfortable rooms, would go here again

Pros: New aparthotel. Option of breakfast and diner. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Cleanliness. Spacious porch. Nice views from our side of the hotel.

Cons: The aparthotel is located near a logging site, but while the setting was a bit unusual, it didn't negatively impact our stay.

Would recommend for winter ski/ stay .

Pros: The apartment was very clean and new, equipped with all that was necessary for a pleasant stay. Positive surprise was the free parking next to Percha Ski /Train station !

Pros: The whole building is really nice, the app is clean, spacious and well equipped! We were a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay!

Pros: Great apartments, great location, very close to the Perca station, which is never crowded.

An excellent place to stay for Kronplatz ski area.

Pros: Large and clean apartment, nice smell of fresh wooden furniture, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We had even an oven and a bidet. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable beds. Quality towels and sleepers. Free access to the laundry and drying machine. Location is outside Brunico, but it gives free (exclusive) card access to Percha parking near Ried ski gondola, and so the parking is never crowded or full. We had a discount to the ski rent. Enough parking places at the property, too. We also appreciated the elevator in the building. We would definitely like to come again.

Cons: Sometimes in the afternoon or evening, there is a specific smell from the cattle shed across the building. Also, as you can’t have it all, it is 7 minutes drive to Brunico, so for those who dream to go shopping on the narrow streets of the town or to walk to restaurants, this would be an information to mention.

Pros: The apartment is so nice and clean, location is great with nice view to the mountains and away from the city with fresh air. Landlord is a very helpful man , happy and cooperative.

I sincerely hope to return in the future and relive the same level of excellence.
