A quiet, picturesque stay convenient to kronplatz by bus or car

Pros: The property was great for our family of four, we were able to cook meals, and make use of the restaurant, pool and wellness centre while we were there. The ski bus also stopped right outside the property making trips to kronplatz easy

Cons: It would have been helpful to have bin bags provided, otherwise everything was great

A peaceful and delightful stay in a beautiful place with a kind and supportive host.

Pros: The location is perfect, surrounded by nature and close to everything. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was very kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons: Nothing major — everything was great. Maybe just that the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference, but that’s a personal taste.

Pros: We had a balcony with a great view, the hosts were very attentive and helpful to everything we needed. We had two seperate bedrooms and two bathrooms which was very comfortable. It was a good location to get a taste from all of the dolomites.

Cons: There was no sofa in the appartment but there were two dining areas which was a bit weird. Note that the indoor pool is heated to 30 degrees.

Great location, wonderful staff

Pros: The apartment we received was very functional. A lovely place with a perfect view. Pleasant atmosphere, very quiet and relaxing. A very good quality restaurant is attached to the hotel. The apartment was clean, tidy, comfortable in terms of the division of the rooms: bedroom, shower and toilet and kitchenette. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The nice girl at the reception was exceptionally patient and willing to help with any issue. The kitchen and cleaning staff were very kind. The breakfast (at an additional cost of 12 euros per person) was good and varied.

Cons: What we liked less is the great frugality of the owners of the place. There is a heated pool, but from our test of three days, the water was warm enough for us to bathe in only one day. The rest of the days the water was colder than hot. Bath soap, shampoo and hand soap - they were a very reduced size, and we received one of each type, per couple. I'm sure if we asked we would get more, but why do we have to ask? The kitchen was empty of basic ingredients - no sugar, no salt, no tea and no coffee. Certainly not other things. In short: with such a perfect location, a wonderful structure and a great staff, the place could easily have excelled in all other parameters as well with a little attention and generosity.

Pros: Very nice apartements, newly furnished, amazing comfort. Spacious terrace for summer evenings sitting and there is possible to order pizza from downstairs pizzeria. Good breakfast.

Cons: Pizzeria in the hotel is advantage (to order pizza to the room), but service in pizzeria is very poor. We were waiting unreasonably long to get attention of the staff and despite reastaurant not being very busy. Pizza is good, other meals avarage.

Dolomites stayover

Pros: Convenient kitchenette and well located. Lovely views and facilities though we didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or sauna. Restaurant onsite was only open for 1 of our nights but very good menu and friendly staff.

Cons: No kettle but as advertised. Washing machine was listed as in our room but actually a communal machine downstairs.

Excellent location, great spa area, great breakfast, good pizzeria.

Pros: Very good breakfast, good location with convenient skibus, great spa area, good pizza on location.

Cons: Temperature in the room was a bit too high even with disabled heating, but easy to solve by opening window :)

Great for family stay

Pros: I really liked this place. Was not to croudy, very good breakfasts were served ( home made pancakes with nutella). The sauna section was well mentioned and clean. Also it was really handy with the restaurant in the same building..

Cons: The kitchen was on the small side, not really suited for big cooking. But it was great anyway to have a small fridge in the apartment.

Pros: Eine ganz tolle Suite.. der Ausblick vom Bett auf den Kronplatz war mega. Wir konnten vom Bett aus die Schneekatzen beim schieben beobachten. Wir haben uns mit drei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt
