Chalet Kristall - Dolomites Garden Chalet

Very comfortable apartment with lovely mountain view!

Pros: Very nice and spacious apartment, with a large sunny terrace overlooking the mountain, tastefully furnished, well equipped kitchen( dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave), excellent location 50 meters from the ski bus and 100 meters from the supermarket, free guest pass, lovely sauna with a glass wall overlooking the garden, ski storage with boot warmer, washing machine in the basement for free, parking space.

Cons: Check-in is a bit complicated, because there is no 24-hour reception, and the receptionist does not speak English well, so communication is possible in German, but that is not such a big minus, since everything else is perfect.

We were very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Convenient location, with a grocery store, pharmacy, and bar within walking distance. Clean and cozy. There is a sauna, very good — we used it every day. There is a boot dryer, a washing machine, and a clothes drying rack on the balcony. The photos fully match reality. The skibus stop is only about 150–200 meters away. Parking is available right next to the door. 15 minutes from the Kronplatz parking area.

Perfect stay with family

Pros: Everything was perfect. Spacious rooms, great kitchen, modern bathrooms. Lovely mountain view! Skiroom with boot heater. Superb sauna area. I had 5 rooms, and all of them were perfect. It was great stay with my family. 12min from Kronplatz, 40min from 3Zinnen.

Cons: It was definitely too short stay! :)

Very pleasant apart-hotel with washing machine

Pros: There is a washing machine in the basement for free! We enjoyed it very much. Beautiful views, very spacious apartments with balcony and lots of room for everybody. Chalet has a private pool and playground, close to Bruneck, walking distance to a nice supermarket, comfortable and easy parking.

Cons: Check-in/check out experience was a bit confusing since we had to drive uphill to the Kristall Hotel (different from the Chalet) and deal with the staff there, who didn't have good control of English. Still we were treated very politely and patiently, even through we didn't understand eachother perfectly. A little far away from the central tourist locations in the Dolomites and there were serious traffic jams in August.

Nice appartment close to everywhere

Pros: Recently built appartment with good location . Easy to access the attractions, lakes, mountains. Nice and helpful staff

Cons: I would recommend to equip the appartment with mosquito net as there are many flies.

Pros: I can't fault anything. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The host was very polite and responsive. The location is perfect, not in Brunico but just a short 10-minute's drive to the starting station of Kronplatz.

Cons: It was repeatedly mentioned that a small package of soap and shampoo would make the first night easier for distance travelers. Also, if you are sensitive to pillow softness, bring your own, as I did. You can not expect a pillow menu from Chalet, but beware if you are sensitive to that.

Wonderful stay with family and friends for skiing in Kronplatz.

Pros: Very comfortable appartment, beautiful views, well equipped kitchen.

Pros: Modern apartment, confortable beds, well equipped kitchen, good location (20 minutes to ski area by skibus, with all stops), skibus station at 50 m, citybus station at 200 m, guest pass for free transport by bus and train included, elevator, sauna, ski room. Very good apartment for the summer vacation when I recommend for the families with children the appartments situated at the ground floor with direct access to the garden.

Cons: It wouldn't be bad if there was just a handsoap in the bathroom.

Pros: Very nice and spacious apartment with a big nice balcony. Extremely clean and tidy. In the basement of the building is a large Finnish sauna with a huge glass window. Excellent storage for skis and equipment. I highly recommend!

Cons: The apartment is quite poorly equipped, worse than before. The TV is extremely small considering the size of the space and has only a few programs. Furthermore, the pillows are very bad, but beds are comfortable. The kitchen lacks a basic package for maintaining kitchen hygiene (sponge, detergent, etc.), as well as other accessories (a cheese grater, more tea cups (only 3), bowls, etc.).

Pros: Tidy apartment with everything you need, good location 10min to lift, 7min to Brunico. Shop is close and also nice restaurant. Perfectly usable for families with children. Very nice family people ready to help out any time.

Cons: I would expect to have shower soap at least by the sinks and also some jar with a sponge.
