Pros: Loved it. Spacious rooms. Parking on premises, very nice and welcoming host.

The perfect stay

Pros: The hostess was extremely friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. We were even upgraded to a larger apartment than the one we originally booked, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfectly situated so you can easily decide each day whether to head east or west for hiking in the mountains. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing daily meals. The bed was also very comfortable. A major plus is the garage parking. The spaces are generously sized, so you don’t have to worry about other cars bumping into your doors. It can get a little warm in the apartment, but since there's no air conditioning (as mentioned beforehand), we managed just fine by opening the windows in the evening to let in the cool mountain air.

Cons: If I had to mention a downside, it would be that sitting on the terrace can be unpleasant if nearby neighbors are smoking. The smell can even cling to clothes you’ve hung out to dry. However, if you're lucky and your neighbors don’t smoke, it’s not an issue.

Pros: Very good location, close to train station (3 train stops from the Kronplatz ski lift). Spacious apartment. Extremely clean and tidy!

Would definitely come back again

Pros: The appartment was very clean, comfortable, there was everything you need during our stay. The house is very close to the train station. The owner was very polite, always willing to help. Once my wife forgot the backpack (with some valuable things inside) in the train which led us to Perca from where we start the gondola and luckily I ask for help from the owner of Residenze Rienz who tried to help and in few hours the backpack has been found, waiting for us in the apparrment.

Pros: Very pleasant accommodation with a good location. Large, spacious apartment, large balcony, quiet environment. All absolutely great.

Pros: Zelo lep apartma s parkiriščem, odlično izhodišče za pohodnike, kolesarje in smučarje. Udobne postelje. Enostavna komunikacija z gostitelji, zelo prijazni.

Pros: Pulitissimo ,zona.super tranquilla, ampio parcheggio, abbastanza vicino alla funivia di Kronplatz, appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e ben riscaldato . Letti comodissimi .

Pros: Zona tranquilla e vicina a tutte le città, laghi e montagne da vedere.
