Amazing stay
Pros: This is an exceptional hotel , with great customer service, very friendly staff which make you feel you are part of the same family. The spa facilities are beyond expectations . Great food and strategic location to the key attractions in the area.

For 1-2 nights when you are looking for the pool
Pros: Spacious, warm in winter, pretty modern. The breakfast was fairly diverse, but prices weren’t displayed anywhere. During our stay, it cost €18 for breakfast and €30 for dinner. Dinner could be ordered in the morning for the evening, with the menu changing daily. Fresh bread was also available for order. The internet was fast. Room cleaning was done daily and very thoroughly. There were three of us staying in the room, and we were provided with three bathrobes, which was a pleasant surprise and not very common. The bathroom was reasonably comfortable with good water pressure and a ventilation system. Overall, the hotel leaves mixed impressions. The soap, shampoo, and cleaning supplies felt more like a 2-star experience, the kitchen and interior were more in line with a 3-star hotel, but the breakfast area, dinner menu, and heated pool were closer to a 4-star level. In general, the price feels about 15–20% too high for what’s offered.
Cons: Mixed feelings about our stay. The room was spacious, but the interior felt carelessly designed. The details are poorly thought out, which detracts from the overall comfort: the wardrobe door opens in a way that it can hit you, the kitchen is impractical with no proper cutting surface, the entryway hangers are inconvenient, and instead of a proper nightstand, there’s a stump that can hold only one item, and so on. Small issues like these add up over time. With the available layout, the space could have been made much more functional and convenient. The kettle was quite small and entirely made of plastic. The kitchen was equipped with a towel, oven mitts, and dish soap, but there was no sponge, so it was unclear how to wash dishes. There were also a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets provided. The set of plates and cutlery was decent, but there were fewer cups and glasses. As for the pots and pans, I didn’t feel confident cooking with them, especially since there’s no range hood above the stove and the kitchen is located in the hallway. This makes you question why there’s a kitchen in the room at all. However, the lighting throughout the room was terrible - dark. It was impossible to do makeup in the bathroom, and there was no mirror in the entryway—you had to go to the bathroom to check the mirror. Additionally, the room we got was very different from the photos on Booking.com, so I’m including photos here. We stayed in a Deluxe two-bedroom apartment.

Pros: In my native lands they say that a thousand words don't make a fortune. A well-known German saying, ein mann ein wort, is basically the same thing. And word that sums up Hirben Naturlaub the best is...Excellent. Leaving out further details, I invite you to discover this special place whose soul is crafted by those who manage it, people for whom you will be a unique host at every moment during your stay in the hotel.

I definitely recommend!
Pros: Excellent location, only 300 meters away from the train station that directly takes you at the nearby ski resorts (3 Zinnen, Kronplatz...), the hotel also offers the option of free transportation to the train station. All praise for the cleanliness and service in the hotel!

Amazing hotel for a Nordic Holiday
Pros: Best Nordic skiing hotel in the World! A 1km machine groomed (even after a huge snow storm of almost a foot of snow) ski trail directly behind the hotel, a very short walk to the train station, where the local trail originates (plus access to 200km of trails using the train and bus), two concept 2 ski ergs, and a very nice ski storage room with a well organized wax bench and tools. And they have a service where as you can drop your skis and Kraler Sport in Toblach will wax them and return them to the lobby. The food was amazing, the building is stunning, the rooms were comfy, the staff was so friendly!

Tolles Hotel - nur zu empfehlen
Pros: Tolles Frühstück - regionale Produkte die sehr ansprechend präsentiert wurden; Abendessen überaus abwechslungsreich - einfach mal was anderes als in anderen Häusern; der Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl in dem Haus.
