Pros: Proprietari e personale estremamente gentili. Comodo parcheggio davanti alla struttura e a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Villabassa, ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni nella Val Pusteria. Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Stanze ampie e con letti molto comodi. Bello il piccolo giardino. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pros: Stanza con tutto il necessario, ci siamo trovati bene, giardino tranquillo dove leggere dopo le escursioni del mattino. Personale gentilissimo! Ottima lavanderia per lavare la roba usata per fare sport. La posizione è ottima perché vicino ad un bel parco e ad alcune passeggiate a piedi.

Im Appartment-Haus Helvetia haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es weiter empfehlen.

Pros: Wir hatten ein Maisonette-Appartment (oben Schlafzimmer & Bad) mit 2 Balkonen. Das Appartment hatte Holzfußböden (außer im Bad) und war auch überwiegend mit Holz an Wänden und Decke ausgebaut. Im Schlafzimmer gab es ein großes Eckfenster mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen. Im Preis enthalten war der \
