Well equipped hotel with shuttle to slopes.

Pros: The hotel was well equipped, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff were very helpful, and the real game-changer for me was the transfer to and from the ski center on request – essentially like having a taxi service. Thanks to this, it’s not necessary to stay right next to the slopes.

Cons: There is some room for improvement in the heating regulation. The room temperature was centrally controlled and a bit too warm for my comfort, especially at night. Since it wasn’t possible to adjust it individually, I had to open the window, which wasn’t ideal given the cold outdoor temperatures. Being able to regulate the room temperature would make the stay more comfortable.

Pros: The view from the room is absolutely stunning. Would definitely be back. Awesome quiet place in Pozza di Fassa. Nice breakfast, could have a bit more, maybe. Many parking spots available.

Cons: I booked 2 rooms - one of them had a different kind of lock, one of them took me quite a while to lock, not sure if it did the night I checked in tbh (around midnight). The owner was helpful to show how the lock worked, I still did not learn how it worked, stayed for 2 days.

Cons: Room was small but acceptable. No fridge the only issue.

Perfect place in an amazing location

Pros: The room was really nice and clean, the bed super comfortable, cute balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast was perfect and the staff very friendly.

Pros: Personalul foarte amabil si de ajutor. Mâncarea foarte bună! Atât micul dejun cât si meniurile de cina ,diversificate.

Cons: Mobilierul din camera in care am fost cazați destul de învechit, parchetul din camera uzat,caldura a fost oprita vreo 2 zile complet,pana ce am discutat la recepție si au mărit temperatura in camera...

Pros: La colazione e varia e abbondante e la posizione mi e'piaciuta ho avuto la liberta'di segliere di uscire a piedi o in auto vista la vicinanza al pozza di fassa. Lo staff professionale disponibile.

Cons: La porta della cucina aperta in zona spa.. L odore della cucina nella tromba delle scale....
