Good hotel ideal for short stay

Pros: The bathroom is very big and with a big window. The braekfast was ok, nothing fancy but pretty standard with adequate amount of options. Big parking place right in front of the hotel.

Cons: The single room is very small. The sauna in the suite has a glass door, so there's no privacy actually. Suite is quite small, single bed is small too.

Pros: Great place, very helpful owners, great food, I’ll definitely come again!

Pros: Beautiful location, the room was large and comfortable. The food was exceptional and the staff was kind snd efficient.

Good but could have been Great

Pros: Love the ambience and renovation, food (both at breakfast that in the afternoon snacks) and SPA/Swimming pool area. Valentina the massage therapist was amazing and very sweet.

Cons: On Booking we saw 4 pictures for the room: 3 were amazing and 1 was not at the same level. We got that one... :( Also the mattresses need a change I think. They're too soft. I asked for another room but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. If the guest asks for another room it means the hotel isn't meeting the expectation so, If I were the manager I'd have tried to accomodate the request more, even just offering a drink or something, showing flexibility and interest. Felt like they didn't care. Overall, I felt value for money was not great.

Pros: Camera pulita,nuova e spaziosa così come il bagno. SPA suggestiva e ben tenuta. Ristorante eccellente.

Cons: Il garage non collegato all’hotel né allo skiroom. Gli armadietti dello ski room che per quanto nuovi non si chiudono, la spa un po’ piccola quando l’hotel é pieno. É mancato un po’ di calore e attenzione che mi aspetto da un hotel a conduzione familiare.

A comfortable and clean hotel with high-quality food, excellent ski facilities, and friendly staff

Pros: Food presentation was beautiful, and the overall quality of food was high. Reception staff and some restaurant staff were very friendly, especially one Albanian lady who was exceptionally kind and warm. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. The ski bus was convenient, and the driver was incredibly friendly. The hotel area is pleasant, with plenty of parking available. The ski room was excellent - modern, spacious, and very well organized.

Cons: There were no vegetables at breakfast by default (they were available only upon request). Only one coffee machine, which often caused queues. Forks were not given at breakfast, which is strange. One older lady working in the restaurant was not very friendly and felt quite rude, which affected the atmosphere. The dining room is divided into a bright, pleasant area and a darker one - unfortunately, we were seated in the darker section and assigned the same table every day, with no option to change. The spa closes at 7 pm, which felt too early, especially after skiing - opening until at least 8 pm would be much more comfortable. The ski bus only goes to the nearest slopes; it would be great if it also connected to other areas like Sella Ronda. Overall, the stay felt quite expensive for what was offered.

Pros: Bardzo dobre wyżywienie zarówno śniadanie jak i kolacja Piękna i duża strefa SPA z basenem zewnętrznym (grzanym) i dwoma saunami Bardzo czyste pokoje i pięknym widokiem na góry Nowoczensa narciarnia i bus dowożący do najbliższych stoków

Cons: SPA i baseny zamykające się o 19:00 wieczorem (za wcześnie po powrocie z nart o 18:00) Lekko przestarzały wystrój pokojów i łazienek Ski bus nie dowozi do Sella Ronda, jedynie do lokalnego stoku w miejscowości

Pros: parcheggio comodo camere pulite anche se un filo piccole ma belle. Un filo caro per quello che offre.

Cons: Prezzo alto per cio che offre

Pros: Di fatto posso esprimere esclusivamente pareri positivi sulla struttura tenuta in modo impeccabile, l'accoglienza dello staff è stata estremamente cordiale, la famiglia rappresenta il vero punto di forza Del Rene Dolomites Boutique Hotel, che mi sento di consigliare, ma soprattutto spero di poter ritornare. Grande esperienza!!!
