Pros: Spacious rooms, right next to the ski bus stop, nice spa, breakfast was ok.
Cons: No option for dinner, no fridge and electric kettle in the rooms. Majority of staff hardly understand English and are not very helpful. The gentleman at the bad thought was super friendly and attentive.

Excellent all round
Pros: The breakfast was excellent - a great spread of food. Staff extremely helpful - even though we arrived in the middle of the night! Very comfortable room and hotel facilities. Pool and sauna excellent (and just the right temperatures!) The ski bus arrives/drops off just outside the hotel which saved us a walk to the ski lift. There were excellent restaurants/snack bars opposite the hotel and within a few minutes walk. Lots of parking - around the hotel and in the underground car park. As a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers, we would definitely consider staying again.
Cons: The hotel was advertised on Booking.com as having a restaurant that served evening meals - but this was not the case, apparently the owners had stopped this service a short while ago, which meant that we had to find other restaurants in town each evening . This is not necessarily the hotels fault - but Booking should have made this clear in their advertising, and Booking did not respond to our message we sent prior to arriving when we found this out from other reviews of the hotel.

Perfect place for a family stay with a dog.
Pros: The stuff was absolutely fantastic: very friendly, always happy to help. The hotel is very dog friendly, stuff always wanted to pet our golden retriever, cleaning team was not afraid to come in for cleaning and petted our dog. We were welcome to go to breakfast and sit in common areas with the dog. We loved the free hot tea available in the lounge in the evenings. Sauna and swimming pool were nice, breakfast was good. Pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Mattresses were not of the best quality, mostly strings that jumped a lot from every movement, but it was not a big problem, we got used to them after one night.

Love the place
Pros: The breakfast and dinner were amazing, different choices every day, very accommodating staff. Pool, sauna, kids club, life music at night. We loved everything about this hotrl.

Pros: good location, friendly stuff, excellent dinner, amazing coffee, great rooms, nice spa - very helpful after skiing to relax a bit
Cons: blanket without duvet cover, not cozy breakfast was quite poor without vegetables, salat, even no tomatoes. spa works only from 2.30 till 7 pm, not enough time

Pros: Everything was great! The hotel staff was very professional, friendly and dedicated to meeting all our needs. Varied breakfast, excellent dinner, well thought out entertainment in the lobby before and after dinner. All in all, a well run hotel by the management and all recommendations for choosing a hotel in Trento for wonderful skiing in the Dolomites

Bardzo fajny Hotel
Pros: Bardzo miła obsługa. Hotel adekwatny do ceny. Pokoje już mają swój czas ale trzeba wziąć pod uwagę że to 3 gwiazdki a nie 4,więć wszystko ok. Super mili ludzie ( obsługa). Basen i sauna oraz nowa siłownia bardzo pozytywnie. szkoda tylko że basen od 15.00 do 19.00 że nie dłużej. Parking bezpłatny. Bardzo dobre śniadania
