Good position, great breakfast, cosy rooms and living area. Good quality price ratio

Pros: Close to Pozza di fassa town center and closest ski slopes Big shared living area for after dinner and relax Big breakfast room with continental and local food Generally good quality per price ratio

Cons: The spa and wellness area is a bit weak, only the pool with work in progress in the rest (not sure what is going to be there)

Good overall except the rude Rasta waiter at breakfast

Pros: We had a very good experience overall. The staff was amazing (reception and the entertainment people) except an incident we had the last day and since we were a group of friends made us think if we will book again or not

Cons: We had an incident at breakfast the last day with the waiter with rastas. He was on a completely different mood that day and while the day before he suggested to make coffee or us at the bar in sala autumn and to come with him the next day when I was alone. He closed the door on my face and when I came to check if he needed to know the order he said “I know I’m not stupid” I told him that it was not necessary to be rude and he started to shout to me saying first learn how to speak Italian and then learn bad words. I didn’t want to make a scene so didn’t reply and he came to our table and started again pushing and repeating until we asked him to stop / everybody was watching and he was actually ruining our breakfast. It was a terrible bad experience and very sad because the stay was great overall but that made us reconsider for the future and we were around 5 rooms so shame for the hotel!

Pros: Good location, in the centre of the city, breakfast was included although i didn’t read it anywhere.

Cons: Small rooms but its okay, difficult to find parking nearby

Pros: Delicious food in the hotel restaurant, 10/10!

Pros: The location Swimming pool free. Children’s play room. Family room

Cons: Parking too small. Breakfast quite improvable

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and resourceful. Helped us in some unplanned situation rigouresly.
