Pros: The employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We received so many great recommendations that all our days were filled with interesting activities. The hotel is very nice and clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The old city center, ski lift, and train and bus stations are all within a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Lack of communication and disappointment, if we're talking strictly about checkout, otherwise everything was OK

Pros: Very clean, close to the center, fabulous breakfast and very friendly staff.

Cons: A small misunderstanding at checkout, I paid the day I arrived in cash, the hotel owner (Nadin) was at the reception, when I checked out the lady at the reception asked me for another €5. We are not talking about a large amount here, when I told her that I paid everything upon arrival and that she had to talk to Nadin about it, we had an hour to go to the city and when we returned she said that we had to pay because Nadin was not answering the phone, so I paid. Since then I have not heard from them.

Wonderful breakfast

Pros: We had a lovely friendly welcome from the woman on reception who was very helpful when advising us where to eat in the evening. The hotel has been beautifully decorated. The breakfast in the morning was exceptionally good with a really good selection of cereals, yoghurts and cheeses. We both agreed it was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had.

Cons: Our bedroom was too warm for us despite turning the heating down but that is a problem we have everywhere.

Simply perfect!

Pros: The hotel is new, very nicely decorated and super comfortable beds. Nadine was very nice, welcoming and enthusiastic. We felt very welcome and at ease. The breakfast was divine! Not only was there a lot of choice but it was all of the best quality and nicely presented.
