Apartments Villa Anita

Beautiful property, great location, amazing staff

Pros: We loved everything about it! It was big, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff was also super lovely and helpful - we communicated with them all throughout and they made the stay a 10/10. There were also enough beds for our party of 4 in the private apartment which was lovely as we didn’t need to share. Thank you for the lovely stay:)

Highly recommended for a stay in Bolzano!

Pros: Beautiful villa in a lovely park. Quiet residential area only 4min walk from busy old town. Super convenient and welcoming apartment. Coffee , tea available on each floor . Very nice staff. And parking.

Lovely place, refreshing view from our attic room!

Pros: The room is spacious with all the necessary amenities. The view is great. We also like that we have our own kitchen to make dinner

Cons: Nothing, just note that it requires a little leisure walk from the train/bus station. But the view and surrounding of villa anita makes it worthwhile!

Beautiful top floor suite and close to city

Pros: Such a welcoming place and loved all the info and help we got from the owners with recommendations on places to eat, see and how to easily get there. Great location.

We love Villa Anita in Bolzano. We have stayed twice now and it is very clean, quiet and secure.

Pros: We love Villa Anita Apartments in Bolzano. We have stayed there twice now, once in an apartment and once in a very large double bedroom. While it's not luxurious with 5 star gold plated taps, it is perfect for a stay in Bolzano hence I rate it's suitability at 10/10. It is very clean and the large apartment is well equipped with fridge and cooking facilities, and even the large bedroom had access to a fridge, jug and microwave in the common area. It is about 700 metres from the town but well worth the walk because it has a lovely garden setting and is very quiet and secure. The manager Giorgio was very obliging and stored our suitcase in between visits while were were hiking in the Dolomites. We would highly recommend Villa Anita Apartments.

Cons: Nothing to do with Villa Anita but it was 37°C while we were in Bolzano in the middle of a heatwave.

If you have second thoughts, forget them and book your stay. ❤️

Pros: A gorgeous building with a lovely garden. Spacious room. Very close to the city center. Will be coming again :)

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort; posizione estremamente comoda per raggiungere il centro della città

Cons: aggiungerei il servizio di colazione che al momento non è previsto; sono comunque presenti bollitore e macchinetta caffè

Geräumiges und ruhiges Apartment an der Grenze zur Fußgängerzone

Pros: Die Villa befindet sich nicht direkt an der Straße und es ist sehr ruhig. Über einen Code kann man das Tor öffnen und mit dem Auto direkt hineinfahren. In der Gegend gibt es so gut wie keine Parkplätze, sodass dieser Service sehr hilfreich ist.

Cons: Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros: Heel vriendelijk receptie. Ze gaven ons goede tips voor het avondeten. Een goed koffie apparaat was aanwezig.

Cons: Verduisteringsgordijn waren handig geweest.
