Pros: Super warmhearted and patient staff. We arrived at Bolzano at 8:30 pm and they are still there to help. Also they provide transportation day pass so it’s very convenient to explore Dolomites. Not to mention great location and facilities. We had a good memory in Italian Alps. Highly recommend!

Pros: Everything was perfect. Exactly as advertised. I arrived around 19 30 and someone meet me at the address. They also offered the Bolzano card for free. Free parking.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were kind and approachable, always ready to help when needed. They offered helpful recommendations and made the overall experience easy and pleasant. We felt relaxed during our stay and would happily choose this hotel again.

Lovely location perfect for short stays

Pros: Location of the apartement is very handy and the view from the window is incredible

Cons: The bed wasn’t really comfy, there was literally a big hole in the mattress and the duvet was just single with holes as well, only 2 towels and not much in the kitchen

Perfect apartment for a couple, great quality and excellent price.

Pros: Big apartment. Great view, great balcony, has chairs/a bench to sit on. Stove is good for cooking, table is good size. Bathroom was great, shower is a bit spraying but no problem. Lovely big double bed. Has a sofa which is comfortable. Good amount of sockets.

Cons: Lack of crockery- only one big plate, no bowls etc. No tea towels. WiFi is a bit patchy, didn’t really work properly in the kitchen.

Pros: It was a nice apartment near the center, very quiet, clean, comfortable bed. I enjoyed one night stay.

Cons: I didn't like taking the keys on another adress. Would be preferable to get a quicker accses to the booked place.

Pros: place was in a great location near all the cool jaunts

Cons: there were a few important items lacking from the apartment. bathroom soap, tea towel, there was a coffeee pod machine with no pods. just a few little touches would have made it extra

Pros: Very nice apartment with several huge terrazas (shared with other apartments) overlooking the mountains. Location is a bit far from the center but still walkable thus the area is very quiet. Apartment itself was new and clean

Cons: Check in process was a bit complicated with having to go to other hotel first to grab the keys. There was a lot of weird noise outside the terrace all night

Nice place to stop

Pros: Very close to the city centre, just 5 minutes. Nice parking place

Pros: I liked the quiet location yet 350m from the busier center. Staff was very helpful i received an app where to pick up keys. They were very helpful with any and all questions I had..everything resolved quickly via whatsapp. Its a nice little apparyment perfect for my 2 week stay.
