Beautiful clean modern location close to the lovely old town and countless Dolomite hikes.

Pros: Our host Renata met us with the key and showed us to a parking space. Many generous and personal touches in the lovely clean apartment - cake, yogurt, water, chocolate on the bed. Renata was available for any questions and was ver accommodating.

Cons: I would love to have had the option of a second pillow.

Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment!

Pros: The stay was fantastic. Starting with the host - Renata, she waited for us late in the night (or early morning) to help us check in (due to long flight delays). The apartment is brand new and very well suited for our purpose (ski trip). There is also a garage which you take an elevator too (very convenient). I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to come again.

Cons: Only small area for improvement would be the bed - it is a bit small (140 cm) and soft for our liking.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the apartment is so clean and comfortable. :)

Pros: Everything - the apartment far exceeded our expectations. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, and looks even better than in the pictures. The location is excellent - a 10-minute walk from the city center and easily accessible by car. There is also underground garage parking, which is extremely useful during freezing winter temperatures. The host was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

Cons: My only advice to the host is to take some more pictures of the apartment - the apartment looks far better than in the 3 available photos, which is a shame

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Renata!

Pros: Renata hat die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aktuell sogar mit schöner Weihnachtsdeko. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ebenfalls gut. Die Kommunikation mit Renata war sehr gut und schnell. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Und komme sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank auch für den leckeren Kuchen und die Weihnachtsplätzchen

Cons: Ich kann nichts negatives berichten. Wenn ich einen Wunsch frei hätte, dann würde ich mir noch eine Teekanne zur Zubereitung von Tee wünschen.

Prima sciata di stagione.

Pros: Pulizia e dotazione. Distanza accettabile dal centro (10minuti a piedi). Vicinanza con buona struttura di ristorazione se necessaria (5 minuti a piedi). Disponibilità di posto auto coperto (che d’inverno è gran cosa). 10 minuti massimo di macchina per la base degli impianti del Plan .

Cons: Niente.

Consigliatissimo, alla prossima con piacere…

Pros: Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e in posizione comodissima. Un grazie speciale alla signora Renata per l’ospitalità, la gentilezza e le piccole attenzioni all’arrivo.

Cons: Nessuno!

Soggiorno DoloMITICO

Pros: La struttura si trova in un angolo di serenità, elegante e accogliente proprio come la signora Renata, che ci ha ricevuti con mele fresche, yogurt locale e una squisita torta fatta in casa. L’abitazione è completa di tutto ciò che serve per una colazione o un pasto: tisane, olio, sale, oltre a detersivi per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Molto piacevole anche il balcone, ideale per momenti di relax. La posizione è ottima, da qui è facile raggiungere numerosi luoghi di interesse; inoltre, grazie al box auto, il parcheggio non è mai un problema.

Soggiorno perfetto.

Pros: Struttura di nuova costruzione, splendida. Tutti i servizi dell’appartamento sono stati perfetti. Brava e competente la persona che ci ha accolto. Buona la posizione.

Cons: Nulla da dire.

Pros: Résidence très agréable bien entretenue appartement impecc moderne fonctionnel bcp de goût tout le nécessaire y est et plus même garage souterrain avec ascenseur est aussi un plus balcon aménagé etc etc Le contact avec la propriétaire et les petites attentions(café, eau, fruits, assiette gâteaux) et nombreux renseignements sur les alentours et le Guest pass sud Tyrol sejour réussi dans ce lieu et accès à plusieurs lieux de randonnées incontournables et de sites Prestigieux mais ça se merite😀

Cons: Pour moi un petit bémol mais qui peut être un plus pour beaucoup Aire de jeux très bien aménagée en dessous et résidence avec bcp enfants ce qui peut nuire à la tranquillite😞 Le manque d improvisation pour certaines randos ou il faut réserver en ligne pour y acceder en bus ou en voiture parkings payants et pas qu un peu mais on peut ruser avec bcp d énergie et de dénivelé 🥵
