Pros: the owner was responsive via phone, communication was quite fluent. entrance and check in were clear and fast, no hassle or useless fuss. the place is cozy and quite modern, especially the common bathroom. room can get tight if 3 people sleep in the small bedroom, I was alone so super good but don't think I would have liked it to sleep in the same room with 2 other people
