Pros: L'appartamento è davvero molto carino, accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. È perfettamente attrezzato ed ha una splendida vista sul giardino privato. La posizione è ottima e permette di raggiungere facilmente in macchina Bolzano e Merano ed in un'ora anche Bressanone. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Uner Kurzurlaub war ein voller Erfolg - zentrale Lage in Kaltern und trotzdem kein Lärm. Wir werden diese Wohnung nicht

Pros: super ausgestattete Wohnung (Spülmachine, Kaffeepadmaschine, Waschmaschine). Engagierter Besitzer (er hat für uns einen zusätzlichen Stellplatz für unsern Sohn organisiert)

Pros: Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolles Farbkonzept. Superschöner Blick auf Kaltern und eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Sehr gut ausgestattet (Fön, Bügeleisen, Küchenutensilien, Spülmittel - und schwämme, Geschirrspültabs etc.- alles da)
