Great stay!

Pros: Very clean and neat. Comfortable for 2 people stay. Very equipped for everything possibly needed. Heating works very well, esp. in the bathroom. Alex sent very detailed instructions about the apartment and garage before our arrival.

Sorgenloser Kurzurlaub in schönem Ambiente!!!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und überlegt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist ebenso ideal. Der Ortskern und die Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig in 4-5 Minuten erreichbar. Somit benötigt man nicht unbedingt das Auto.

Cons: Hier gibt es nichts zu erwähnen.

Pros: Sehr schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage in Kaltern Dorf. Ausstattung sehr liebevoll und aufmerksam. Konversation mit den Gastgeber war schnell und unkompliziert.

Cons: Im Badezimmer war ein unangenehmer Geruch.

Pros: Freundliche und kompetente Abwicklung. Alles Notwendige für den Aufenthalt lag rechtzeitig vor. Lage der Wohnung super, da kurze Wege zu Geschäften, Gastro oder Busbahnhof.

Pros: El apartamento en general y que tuviéramos una plaza de garaje incluida.

Cons: Lo caro que fue, tenía precio de hotel de 4 estrellas de los de canarias con régimen de MP.

Pros: Wir haben kurzfristig entschieden einen Stop in Kaltern zu machen. Das Appartment ist ebenerdig für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend, modern eingerichtet trotzdem gemütlich. Es war picobello sauber und die Anweisung zum Erhalt des Schlüssels optimal da wir nicht genau wussten wann wir ankommen. Tiefgaragenstellplatz ebenfalls optimal für uns und natürlich zentral gelegen. Was will man mehr.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in Kaltern

Pros: Das Appartement war super zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Vermieter Alex hat uns durch einen Film super eingewiesen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was es braucht. Tolle zentrale Lage, netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
