Pros: Clean, well equipped kitchen, clean rooms and kitchen, comfortable table for 4 person, garage, calm during night, balcony

Cons: When we did more demanding things (for example cooking, dishwasher, heating the water) the circuit breaker went down. Small bathroom corner.
