Great quiet location in easy walking distance to centre of Cortina

Pros: Great location away from busy town centre but close enough to walk in. Nice views from balcony

Cons: Electrics could do with being updated. Very few working sockets.

Pros: The location and ability to walk into town was fantastic. The views from the front were amazing

Cons: The double bed needs replacing or a new base, my wife and I aren’t heavy and the bed sunk badly in the middle

Well maintained and cleaned unit with easy access to town.

Pros: roomy two bedroom villa apartment in decent shape. We stayed at the ground floor unit and I do not believe the upper floor is occupied so we cannot say if the unit is still as quiet if the upper floor is occupied.

Cons: There is an expectation to dump all garbage and recycles, and clean up kitchen (dishes for example) before departure or else a 50Euro fined. I am ok it and understand the unit may not be cleaned the same day we departed so they do not want garbages to be left in there. Still, this should have clearly stated. Also, keys had to be picked up at a local hotel which is not very convenient. Directions giving to us driving to the unit is also sketchy. We ended up having to ask a nice lady who lived on the same street to point us to the unit.

Lovely clean spacious apartment, with great location to Cortina.

Pros: Lovely clean apartment with lots of space. Beds were comfortable and cosy. Beautiful view to the mountains. Great location to the town.

Cons: The address provided isn’t perfect - the property was across the street from where google/Apple Maps directed us to. This wouldn’t have mattered if we had have arrived during daylight as we would have identified the apartment from the photographs provided, but as we arrived at nighttime it was a little difficult finding the property.

Pros: The apartment is not much far from center of town with little uphill. This service apartment is on the first floor and has corridor that give view of Cortina d’amprezzo town. In spring and summer, you can spend hours sitting on the sofa looking the view. This apartment is fully serviced although it is quite old and decorated in Italian style. There are two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms that suited for 4-5 peoples. The kitchen is well equipped.

Cons: Needed to park your car on local road.

Pros: We enjoyed the ambience and peace and quiet. It is a genuine and authentic villa with a fabulous balcony providing a grand view of the mountains. It is nearby the walking track into the central area and we saw deer grazing on the lawn area in front of the villa. The staff were responsive and helpful.

Cons: The information sheet was out of date and didn't provide accurate information re: wifi & gas cooker. Saff provided prompt assistance re: these issues and turned on the heating and hot water.

Great stay in Cortina d'Ampezzo

Pros: Large apartment in a quieter area just outside the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Clean and well-equipped if a bit old-fashioned.

Cons: Having to pick-up and drop off the key in a different location is a bit inconvenient.

Nice vacation home for a big group or family

Pros: The house was big enough for 8 people, not a single person had to sleep on the sofa bed. We love the balcony that we could see the nice view of Cortina. It has parking for 3 cars but we weren't allowed to use the garage. Collecting the keys was quick and easy, but was in a different location than the house itself.

Cons: Location was good, but finding the house can be tricky as Google Maps led to the wrong alley. Not a big deal though.

Pros: Traditional alpine style apartment on the top floor of building. Fantastic mountain views from the balcony. Short walk to the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo and Faloria cable car. Good sized, comfortable bedrooms, two large bathrooms and very effective heating.

Cons: Relatively poorly equipped kitchen with only one thin tea towel, a dirty used dish cloth, no detergent, limited crockery and no basic cooking supplies or condiments in an apartment booked for 4 guests for 3 nights.
