Pros: Very nice, clean apartment. A little bit out of the city centre which was nice because it was quiet. Comfortable bed and good amenities including washing machine. It was very nice to be provided with plenty of coffee pods as well! Supermarkets nearby and max 10min walk to the trainstation.
Cons: Only down side is the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. It didn't bother me much, but just be aware.

Pros: Super cute little spot, good location to explore from. Really well appointed.
Cons: Air-conditioning would have been nice, it was rather hot but hey it was summer time and there was a fan.

Apartment fully equipped
Pros: Very modern and cozy apartment with all supplies necessary for a cozy and economical stay, in case the guest wants to cook and have meals in the place. The shower is one of the best in Dolomiti so far, the temperature was great and very comfortable bed and pillows. It's about 10 minutes away the train station and downtown in a quiet area. Susanne was a nice hostess.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Gute Lage.10 min Fußweg zurm Zentrum. Einfacher individueller CheckInn, tolle Wohnung charmante Einrichtung mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Gemütliches Bett. Schönes Badezimmer mit großer Regendusche. Fragen konnten sofort telefonisch oder per WhatsApp geklärt werden . Sehr freundlicher, entgegenkommender Service.
Cons: Die Garage ist sehr klein.

Pros: Schickes kleines, sehr sauberes Appartement in direkter Nähe zum Zentrum. Sehr ruhig. Für die Größe sehr gut aufgeteilt. Gutes Licht. Viel Platz im Schrank. Großes Bett mit guter Matratze. Das Bett ist aber nur von vorne zugänglich. Man kann also nicht einfach seitlich aussteigen. Mir hat das nichts ausgemacht. Badezimmer ist auch sehr sauber und groß genug. Es sind genügend Handtücher und sogar Bademäntel und eingepackte Hotelschlappen etc. vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr wertig. Eine kostenfreie, abschließbare Garage in der Tiefgarage gehört mit dabei. Ist aber nichts für große Autos. Bei mir war es Millimeterarbeit... zur Not gibt es aber auch Parkplätze an der Straße. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war über Whatsapp sehr schnell, sehr nett und problemlos. Für das reibungslose Check-in kamen viele zweckmäßige Fotos und kurze Erklärungen, wie das Appartment zu finden ist. Absolut top. Ich würde wieder hier buchen. Klare Empfehlung.
Cons: Es wird gerade (Stand 02/2026) ein Aufzug eingebaut. Dementsprechend eine Baustelle im Haus. Naja, dafür wird es dann, wenn der Aufzug mal da ist, umso komfortabler, schöner und einfacher, weil das Apartment gabz oben im 4. Stock liegt. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte, da ich immer einiges zu schleppen habe...

Ottimo soggiorno che terrò in considerazione per il prossimo viaggio a Merano
Pros: Ottimo appartamento ristrutturato di recente e ben arredato, non mancava nulla, dotato anche di box per parcheggiare la macchina. Buona la posizione, con 15 minuti di camminata sei in centro. Sicuramente consigliabile, anche la proprietaria molto gentile e premurosa, mi ha contattato per sapere se tutto andava bene e se avevo bisogno di qualcosa.
Cons: Il quarto piano senza ascensore, ma ho visto che stanno lavorando per installarlo, per cui tra un po’ di tempo non ci sarà più la fatica con i bagagli di fare tutte le scale a piedi
