First class accommodation, with exceptionally kind staff.

Pros: Great location, perfect for access to Ortisei but just set back enough to be private, close to main cable cars, restaurants, high level of finish, everything worked, great layout, very comfortable, excellent breakfast, great communal health club, underground parking very convenient. The staff were so lovely and kind.

Cons: Traffic noise is fairly constant and windows need to be opened to remain cool.

Pros: Everything, great location. Very well kept facilities and room. Everything was lovely and clean. Monika who runs the hotel was so helpful in answering all our questions prior to arrival and throughout our stay

Nice place to stay in Ortisei

Pros: Nice central located accommodation, clean, good breakfast

Pros: Short walk to all restaurants and shops, as well as the cable track to seceda and seiser alm. I.e. no need to get your car out of the garage (free private parking at the accomodation). View of a beautiful yard, beautiful room, relaxing spa and very good breakfast. However, most importantly a great host that is both very welcoming and helpful.

Cons: Nothing. Great experience.

Cons: No Air conditioning It was a little stuffy on the first night

Pros: Very clean rooms, modern facility, great host. You can use room key to go to underground parking garage which takes you directly to the room with elevator. Nice garden with fews chickens and seating area. Lovely views. Very short walk to the center. They have laundry facility as well.

Pros: Everything! Warm welcome from the staff. Amazing room, very, very, clean and comfortable. Very well designed. Beautiful details . Amazing breakfast with a huge variety of delicious food. Once again, the staff would do anything for you.

We had such a fantastic stay at Residence Altea and would recommend to anyone!

Pros: The room itself, the location, wellness area, and cleanliness were superb. The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful every moment we were there.

Pros: Our stay was wonderful in the very clean, modern 2-bedroom apartment with beautiful views. It was an easy walk to the town and also the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars for hiking. We thought the breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful especially Monika. We were there during Ferragosto and Monika invited all the guests to a lovely garden party to celebrate.

Great stay of 10 days. Don't go in July / august.
