Wonderful stay, we will sure be back!!

Pros: The apartment was very clean cosy and very very nice. The location is wonderful 5 min from all cables and the main stores. Walter was very nice and helpful.

Cons: The kitchen did not contain basics- such as coffee sugar salt and oil. The spa did not work at the time we arrived mid Oct.

Brilliant base with everything you need for exploring the Val Gardena Dolomites!

Pros: Really great facilities, really clean, spacious and comfy beds - well equipped (incl. access to a washing machine and ability to leave luggage safely). Peaceful and quiet but close enough to the centre of Ortisei to be 5/10 minutes walk to the main bus stop and great bars/restaurants/supermarket. The property provides the free bus pass which gives you free access to amazing hikes further down the valley. The hosts were friendly and helpful, really easy check-in/out process. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment with stunning views and wonderful hospitality

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Palmai. The apartment was terrific, with a stunning view of the city. It’s very well equipped and spacious, and provided the perfect relaxing setting we needed after a full day of travel. The place also has washing and dryer machine which we used. Sauna operates in winter time. The owner was extremely helpful, nice and accommodating. He helped us with everything we needed. The location is perfect, walking distance to city center, nice coffee place close by. I highly recommend residence Palmai and we will surely return!!

Great place for a family vacation!

Pros: We liked this apartment very much! It was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We even used the washer and dryer downstairs. Great for longer stays in this beautiful location! Definitely recommended 😊

Cons: The only thing the apartment doesn't have, is an oven. But all other kitchen equipment was available.

Great option for winter holiday!

Pros: Great property for a family ski trip. Host was very accommodating & nice! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, warm, there is a garage for the cars, ski room, lift. Great location too!

Cons: If only there was an oven or at least a microwave, I would have given 10 stars! Also, when the cleaner comes mid week, she could at least wipe the floors, not only change sheets. :)
