Pros: Excellent personal service, the staff really made a great stay and experience.

Pros: Friendly and warm hospitality since before we are check in. Give useful information for traveling and driving. Facilities are OK. Parking for van is available and convenient. Go to downtown, seceda, Alps di Siusi gondola stations are walkable. About 200 meters from Residence a big supermarket \

Pros: Concierge was exceptional in orientation, arranging activities, helping plan hikes, etc. Very pleasant service and informed.

A perfect stay in Ortesi

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Residence Ciastel. The property itself is a beautiful, quirky building in a great location - just a short stroll to restaurants, supermarkets and hikes/ski lifts. Our rooms were clean, cosy and spacious, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. There are also great spa facilities downstairs. David, who managed the property during our stay was super friendly, helpful, and responsive and provided us with advice for hiking, local transport and places to eat and shop. We highly recommend Residence Ciastel!

Incredible stay

Pros: We had an incredible stay. The welcome was simply warm, breakfast is available every morning, the building is beautiful, clean and the spa is simply incredible. Private, covered parking is available. The best place to stay in Ortisei, the town center is within walking distance.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to say, everything was perfect, a no brainer.

Great and restfull stay

Pros: The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, with daily cleaning service. Every morning we should take fresh bread, yogurts, and fruit for breakfast. As a nice bonus, there was the possibility to borrow an e-bike for free. A great stay – we would be happy to come back.

Pros: We loved everything about our stay! Our family of five had plenty of space with two comfy bedrooms, two ensuites with good showers, a little bed in the dining annex for our 4yo, and the most delightful spread of locally-baked treats, provided every morning by our lovely host, Mirka. We were even surprised one morning with a basket of fresh fruit left on our doorstep! Such a wonderfully kind, thoughtful and generous host ❤️ Easy walking distance into the main part of town, with access to the seggiovias up to Seceda and Alpe di Suisi, peaceful and well-maintained garden, lovely balcony views, beautiful flowers everywhere, on-site garage parking, free e-bikes to borrow, children’s prams, laundry, access to the local pool down the street, and the extensive sauna/wellness area in the basement take this hotel to a whole other level! We can’t wait to come back, and next time we’ll stay longer! ❤️
