Pros: - nice comfortable clean and spacious apartment, good location, nice view - available dish washer capsules, dishwashing detergent and kitchen towels (many times other hosts forgot it) - private parking place for 1 car - possible late check in despite different description on booking/agency online check in procedure

Cons: - I would propose to change beds in 2nd room, they are small, uncomfortable and very noisy. Room is big enough for 2 separate full size beds. Because in current condition second room is may be OK for children but not for adults. - instruction for location of dust bins were unclear, according to photo we were not able to find them. GPS coordinates would be helpful. - relatively good equipped kitchen but missing glass for wine, and some baking tray to be able to use oven and may be also some coffee machine (come on, so nice apartment in Italy, lets make it TOP ONE ;) - lack of toilet paper (2 pcs, for 4 persons and 4 days... really?) - instruction where to find closest ski bus stop would be also helpful (I would recommend Uffico Turistico/Sen Jan Navetta -> direction to Buffaure lifts, and Hotel G. Baita -> direction Campitello, Canazzei lifts - missing ski boots drier in ski room - washing machine but missing laundry detergent - some parts of furniture in kitchen/living room I would throw away and get more space/better utilize it (some are really useless) - annoying online check in (I received perhaps 20 e-mails from agency), and unclear description of deposit in payment condition at booking - box with keys was not locked (strange for me)

Pros: Parcheggio riservato, ascensore e spazi ben vivibili. Letti comodi, balconi ampi con bella vista sulle montagne.

Cons: Andare a prendere e riportare le chiavi in agenzia, perché ci è risultato un po' scomodo.
