Recommended for a winter/skiing vacation
Pros: We had a very lovely time staying in apartment Curt which faces the ski slopes. It's clean, comfortable, spacious with a lot of storage space and includes a full kitchen. We also tried their restaurant for dinner and enjoyed their spa (finnish and bio saunas). There is also a play room with a pingpong table and table football. All in all the hotel is very beautifully renovated and quaint. The staff is very helpful and kind (cat included :) ) The location is very practical for skiing, you can walk about 150m directly to the ski slope across the camper campground or you can take the skibus that stops on the road below the hotel. There is also a ski storage with boot warmers. We really didn't miss anything and we'd very much like to come back again for a longer stay!

Wonderful place to experience Südtirol
Pros: Ciastel is totally charming, cosy, authentic and heartfelt. Beautiful old building with a well-appointed apartment (we slept beautifully to the peaceful sound of the babbling brook outside our window!). Michael was endlessly helpful with suggestions for hikes, and Avni made all our evenings in the lovely Osteria so fun. Feels like visiting family. And the sauna after a long day up a mountain is dreamy. Whole-hearted recommendation - thank you so much!!

It was like being home from home.
Pros: You just get a good feeling the minute you walk into Ciastel. Friendly staff, fabulous food, both breakfast and dinner. And the wellness center is just what you need after a day of skiing. Overall a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Ciastel to everyone who wants to be spoiled.

Pros: Charming accomodation situated very close to the Kronplatz Ski Area. We really enjoyed the nice wellness area with sauna. Everyone was really nice and helpful during the whole stay. Overall enjoyable experience!

Pros: Hospitality is exceptional here, we were so so pleased to stay with Michael, his family and their team. Absolutely great facility, I would love to come back and stay longer. Very delicious food (both breakfasts and dinners). Amazing people and guests. Extremely clean. We skied every day and after relaxed in sauna which is also amazing.

Romantic snow vibe
Pros: The place is incredibly cozy and calm (as just outside the little city centre); and the staff is super welcoming, kind and friendly.
Cons: The Sauna is the only thing that could improve. Unfortunately out of three services, only one was working so didn’t really enjoy it. On the other side, the relax room has amazing deckchairs!

Beautiful view and great owners.
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Ciastel, it's a nice old building with lots of character and the backyard garden area has a lovely sitting area with a beautiful view. The owners were very warm welcoming people and gave us lots of helpful tips of what to do in the area. The restaurant was very good as well, we ate there twice and enjoyed our meals both times. The room was very spacious and clean, the shower had amazing pressure, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay!
Cons: It was very hot the first couple days we were in the mountains so it would be nice to have screens on the windows so you can have them open without bugs coming in.

Very pleasant stay.
Pros: Very spacious, beautuful Tiroler style, and comfortable appartment. Good parking spot. quiet, yet close to village. Host is very friendly, and helpfull. Speaks german, italian, and english.
Cons: I would prefer softer matrasses, but the are good. I found it difficult to heat the bathroom, without heating the rest of the appartment (bedroom).

Charming place and delicious restaurant
Pros: Super friendly staff and owning family. Very nice setting and house. Super large apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent and creative dinner in lovely and cosy small restaurant. Superb terrace. Extra quiet.
Cons: EV charging solution did not work for me in spite of significant effort by the owner but could charge at walking distance otherwise. Would be nice to have a starter kit in the kitchen: dishwasher powder, salt, sugar and tea maybe?
