Pros: Pamela at the reception was very helpful and super welcoming! The room is comfortable and good value for money, there was free coffee and free tea, and the location is very convenient to visit the centre. I recommend it!

Good location, nice building, service could be better

Pros: The location was very nice, 5 min to the center on foot. The room was very spacious and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was quite useful. The coffee corners that were available on each floor was a nice thing to have in the morning.

Cons: Even though they advertise that they have a reception between 8 and 20 during the day, we rarely have someone there. When needed we always had to call a phone number and wait for 20 minutes before someone appeared. On the street, it is a bit unclear where to find the entry.

Outstanding

Pros: The staff at Villa Anita went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hostess brought a bottle of prosecco to our suite, as we were visiting to celebrate our engagement. She also was extremely helpful and thorough when explaining the activities in the city.

Pros: I booked the double room, which was spacious and had a nice big sofa. Bed was comfortable. I thought there would be a kitchen but what I saw in the pictures seems to belong to a private apartment you can book as well. There was a fridge, kettle and microwave availble though in the common area. The location is good, quite close to the old town and 10-15min walking from the train station.

Pros: The location of Villa Anita is perfect, just few minutes from the centre. The views are lovely and the neighbourhood is calm. The staff was super responsive and always ready to help us.

Cons: We had a room right next to the bathroom and it was super loud. We could hear everything from the corridor. We get that it is a old house, but a light sleeper might not enjoy their stay here.
