Pros: It’s a so nice hotel! Good location, very nice and helpful host, Andrea, (very handsome!) stylish room, good facilities, they offer free drinks (coffee, jucies) private parking costs 20 Euros. Great staying!

Great stay and Andrea is a very nice and helpful host

Pros: The location was good. Andrea was extremely helpful and kind. He showed us around the place to get familiar with the facilities. He helped us with the luggage, helped us figure out the laundromat across the hotel, booked a cab for us when we were leaving. Would definitely recommend this place. The room is spacious and well designed

Cons: If they had washer and dryer in the building for the guest it would be nice

Pros: One of the best accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. Andrea is super helpful and kind! The apartment is very family friendly and clean, close to the train station and the city center.

Highly recommended - a great value stay

Pros: Comfortable and cosy, the host Andrea was really helpful. The common pantry area had free snacks/drinks and coffee machine. Plus we were given guest Sudtirol passes - those were an added bonus. The facilities of the room is superb.

Pros: In one word - wow!! The room is great, very modern, very clean, spotless!!! accessoried with rhe best accessories- organic soap and shampoo, a Dyson hair dryer!! An orthopedic pillows, everything is controlled by touch, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen outside was full with goods!!! There was a private parking in the garage for 20€ , and a self service laundry in front. I'm sure I will come back again Very recommended!!

Modern and well-located apartment.

Pros: I spent three nights in the apartment for a work-related trip and really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is nicely decorated, quiet, and well located. The owner is extremely accommodating, and the kitchen has an open bar policy.
