Lovely stay with all we needed, in very good location

Pros: Villa Rooms is a good location, and we were able to walk from the airport with our small wheeled luggage. The owner gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room had a huge bathroom, and we loved being able to sit out on the balcony with view. Good tea and coffee making provisions are in the communal room downstairs.

Pros: Very friendly host, superb shower, spacey rooms, cousy decorated rooms, water and coffee available free of charge

Clean, comfortable and quiet, with kind hosts.

Pros: It was lovingly setup and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The property is clean and well-maintained. It is setup well, with good wifi and the rooms have everything you need. There is beer and soft drinks available in the downstairs fridge, and free coffee. We felt at home.

Cons: The location isn't great as there isn't much around, but you're only a short drive from Bolzano. Parking is not always available, but that's Italy for you.

Pros: The rooms were clean, there is parking, the landlady is very nice.

Cons: The room was on the third floor and it was difficult to carry all the luggage up. In addition, the parking lot is very far from the room. There is no freezer, there is only a small refrigerator in the room.

Pros: Room was very clean. Bathroom include his and hers washbasins and jacuzzi bathtub. The owner was very polite and helpful. Bus Stop just next to the accomodation and bar/supermarket/pharmacy across the road whilst a pizza/restaurant few meters away.

Pros: The room was very clean, the bathroom was very big and had a clean and big bubble bath.

Pros: Cristina was supper nice and friendly. She even helped us prepare a birthday cake! The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Definitely recommend to stay :)

The host Cristina was very helpful, provided dishes for breakfast. Late arrival was not a problem.

Pros: The property is cozy and stylish, the beds are comfortable, very tidy. We found everything we needed. Drinking water, tea and coffee are for free.
