Friendly, clean and perfect hotel

Pros: This was such a surprise! The hotel was beautiful, clean and full of friendly people working there. We had a big terrace with magnificent view. There was lots of free parking. The breakfast was great and fresh. The spa and pool were a big surprise. Room cleaned every day. The location is outstanding. 5 minutes walking to the gondola and 5 minutes walk from the descent. Best part of Canazei. We will return for sure!

Wonderful location, clean and bright rooms, amazing breakfast

Pros: Breakfast was amazing - huge variety of food, clean and bright dining room, and very tasty everything. Facilities are great - spa at the basement has everything for everyone - 3 saunas (dry, Turkish and Mediterranean), pool and whirlpool. Rooms are bright and warm, ski lockers downstairs are very convenient.

Good place to stay in Canazei

Pros: Loved the location, it is a nice, very clean hotel, parking options regardless of the central position in Canazei. There was great selection of food for breakfast, which is something we loved.

Cons: They were not flexible regarding the option for a breakfast on the go/in a bag - we planned early hikes, which ment we would skip breakfast. In our experience elsewhere this has not been an issue. The spa/pool area is ok, nothing special, the air was not the best…

Great location great little town and great place to stay.

Pros: Central and fairly close to Belvedere ski lodge lift. Plus had spa facilities. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was more than filling. Staff very friendly.

Superb,this hotel has everything.

Pros: All Staff were very professional and efficient, this really made the hotel stand out as topclass. BedRoom, towels,etc were spotless. The Breakfast team refreshed tables quickly and all food items were constantly replenished. The quality of food was excellent and a huge choice. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel well positioned in the middle of town but also very quiet in the rooms. It has a lovely spa, again spotlessly clean.

Cons: No complaints.
