Excellent hotel 9 out of 10 for facilities obviously the gym is the let down

Pros: Excellently presented hotel beds were very comfortable well appointed rooms we had a twin room suite but there was only one armchair which was a slight disappointment, breakfast was good plenty of choice. Spa facilities were fantastic.

Cons: Well the advertised fitness Centre was beyond disappointment. It’s nowhere near a fitness centre. It has an extreme lack of equipment poorly laid out all it could be described as is a cardio room because the few weights there well non-existent the cable machine isn’t worth even looking at I’ve seen Home gyms better equipped than what they class a fitness Centre. My only other grip was one particular member of staff who was quite brash / harsh and verging on the side of rude unfortunately. they do have a restaurant in the hotel that is in the Michelin Guide but it’s very old school and they only do two settings even though there were spaces they won’t let you go in mid service of one of the sittings which I do find quite hard this day and age because we don’t all want to eat at 6:45 and 845 because it doesn’t suit timings or lifestyle Other than that I would return to the hotel. I just wouldn’t take my gym stuff this time.

A wonderful stay with outstanding service — we will definitely come back.

Pros: The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The hotel is very cozy, the spa area is beautifully designed with a great relaxing atmosphere, and the breakfasts were excellent. Our room was comfortable and had a lovely mountain view.

Lovely stay but expensive

Pros: Very nice hotel with a beautiful spa which is worth going for just for that. Nice bar and common areas with a great breakfast. Staff were very pleasant.

Cons: Room was a good size with a nice bathroom but nothing exceptional or stand out especially for the price.

Pros: This place was perfect. I have never seen a more beautiful wellness. The hotel's location is great for hiking in the surrounding area. Our apartment had a view of the mountains and the pool. We spent six nights here and will definitely be back. We highly recommend it!

Less touristy place in the heart of the Dolomites

Pros: Second time guests. Everything was like first time. Spatious room. Great breakfast experience. The spa is great for relaxation after a bycicle ride.

The most beautiful hotel we’ve stayed at so far!

Pros: I love everything about it. The attention to detail is amazing - you can tell a woman thoughtfully took care of all the little touches. Everything feels so warm and cozy. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Canazei. I simply love this place and can’t wait to come back in the winter for skiing. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: It's perfection in every way. The staff very attentive and efficient. The facilities are dreamy Clean and cosy. All at a more than reasonable price. Oh! Friendly treatment of lottery players. I'll be back without a doubt. Congratulations.

Perfect

Pros: Gorgeous spa with different saunas, jacuzzis, two outdoor pools and a steam room. Massive comfortable room. Very clean. Good toiletries and comfy huge bed. Great location right in the heart of town. Breakfast was incredible, even had salmon, eggs made to order and raw honeycomb, along many other delicious things. Helpful staff that spoke English. Felt very comfortable relaxing in the lounges and restaurant downstairs, cosy and unpretentious atmosphere. Wish I could have stayed longer.
