The stay was very good and the hotel is very recommendable!

Pros: It was a very kind and clean accommodation. Both breakfast and dinner were very delicious, and there was an excellent sommelier who helped us choose great wines. The view from the room was beautiful, and the entire hotel was artistically and beautifully decorated. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to the Canazei cable car station.

Cons: The only downside was the traffic on the way into Canazei, and it would have been nice if the room had been a bit more spacious.

Everything was perfect.

Pros: Hotel is almost new and in perfect condition. Breakfast was excellent. And the transportation to and from the lift with the shuttle was very available and exactly when we wanted it. But the staff friendliness and attention was unique and probaly the most notable of all!

Very good hotel with amazing staff

Pros: The hotel is situated close to center of Canazei, but far enough from the main road. The hotel is very well decorated. The food was really good both on breakfast and dinner. All the staff are really nice people and try to do their best to make us feel nice. The hotel provide a shuttle bus to the ski lifts and back after at the end of the day (Luka is polite and helpful). There are 3 car chargers. The barman Daniele is really good. We are lookinf forward to come back again. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Fantastic hotel! The rooms are very spacious and really comfortable. Amazing staff! Everyone is very polite and friendly. We had some confusion with one of our meals, but the staff went above and beyond to get things right.

Cons: Ski lockers could be a bit bigger, there was not enough room to fit the gear for 2 people. The locker room gets very muddy, so it would be helpful to add carpets or something for people to clean their boots.

Awesome short stay.

Pros: Most comfortable bed in Italy so far! Great views from room & balcony. Beautiful art through-out hotel. Good location, quiet as not main road. Staff friendly. Provision of slippers/robes/quality toiletries/fruit&nuts. Kettle, tea&coffee and actual glassware in room. Fantastic breakfast. Bathroom big, good water pressure.

Cons: Room just a little tight as so much furniture. Would love a slightly bigger fridge.

Cons: Although the breakfast was. unbeliievable good and one of the best breakfast I ever had in an hotel worldwide(Il am 76 years old and travel a lot in my life)I believe the choice and preparaton of the dishes can be improved for me.I do not mind to pay more.I admit that nouvelle cuisine is not my favorite cuisine.

Pros: Room was amazing, the views were spectacular. Facilities were amazing, breakfast was delicious, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was comfy and super clean!

Cons: Nothing! WiFi was great but had to log in every time you left and re-entered the hotel. Minor inconvenience.
