Ukraine 🇺🇦

Pros: We are a couple who celebrated our honeymoon at this hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. We were upgraded from an economy room to a luxury suite, and also got free access to the spa. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We highly recommend it to everyone — it’s the perfect place to stay!

Vintage charm and relaxing spa in off-season

Pros: We visited in late September, so the town felt a bit quiet, but it had its own charm. The only open restaurant was the one in the hotel — and it turned out to be a great choice. Classic Italian cuisine and really tasty dishes. We loved the vintage atmosphere of the hotel, and the spa was a wonderful bonus for an affordable price. Perfect place to unwind after exploring the Dolomites.

Nostalgia trip - but a good one

Pros: A very tradition-heavy hotel with obvious Habsburg theme - complete with portraits of Kaiser Franz Joseph and Empress Sisi, with a knight’s armor on display in a corner. I like both, you may or may not. Appreciate the half pension (optional). Very basic, small and wooden room, but OK for me. One of the few open hotels in Canazei mid-October. Great deal.

Cons: Somewhat high-nosed but still somewhat slow waiters during dinner and breakfast. The bar closed early.
