Fabulous hotel for a ski holiday!

Pros: We loved everything! Such lovely staff and the hotel had everything we needed for a week long ski trip. Easy 3 min shuttle to the La Villa Gondola, fantastic breakfast and dinner and nice wellness area to relax in after skiing. Easy parking too.

Cons: Nothing - it was all great.

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic for Italina breakfasts. Omelletes would have been a nice extra before a days skiing. Dinner was excellent value for money, the spa facilities were superb All the staff had smiles and could not be more helpful

Cons: Road noise whereas the back-facing rooms were quieter

Cons: the bad and the pillow were not good, unpleasant smell from the bathroom.

Pros: The ambience, the people, very good food and cleaned. There is a shuttle service with La Villa, which 20 min walk from the hotel. We also played cards at the bar until late, and people were very friendly.

Cons: Not much provided for lunch but if they are told in advance they can organise something.

Pros: The hotel is near the slopes, the staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Pros: Speriamo di poter tornare presto perché ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Pros: L'albergo è in una posizione ottima per raggiungere gli impianti sciistici e il servizio navetta della struttura è comodissimo. Il centro benessere è molto bello e il ristorante propone pasti molto buoni. Anche la vista dalle camere è molto bella.

Cons: La camera in cui eravamo era molto vetusta, con un impianto elettrico malfunzionante. La camera era più che sufficiente ovviamente, ma per il tenore dell'hotel mi ha un po' delusa.

Pros: Extrême sympathie du personnel (et en particulier de Touria, qui parle Français!) Parking près de l'hôtel (accès direct par le sous-sol) Petit-déjeuner varié et à profusion

Cons: Cordon de douche cassé en arrivant dans la chambre Facturation de boissons (bières et eau) que je n'avais pas consommées! Heureusement, l'erreur a été réparée. Chaleur dans les chambres (chauffage central?)

Pros: Colazione e cena di altissimo livello per qualità, quantità e varietà. Zona benessere ampia e confortevole. Personale accogliente, gentile, competente... COMPLIMENTI!

Cons: Camera un po' vecchia ma spaziosa. Idem bagno. Vasca senza gancio per doccia unico neo.

Pros: Na raňajkách mi chýbala klasická praženica. To čo bolo k dispozícii mi však chutilo.

Cons: Bol by som rád keby pri raňajkách ponúkali kvalitnú praženicu.
