A great place to stay!

Pros: A wonderful place to stay! A lovely, super-friendly family run hotel, with a beautiful breakfast in a modern, sunny conservatory. Rooms in excellent condition,very clean and with a lot of storage space. Downstairs is a lovely sauna and mini spa. The location is also excellent, set about 20 mins walk from the town centre but 5 mins walk from Trauttsmansdorff. The walk into town using the Sissiweg is beautiful. A regular bus into town is also available and there are good places to eat and drink nearby so a trip back into town is not a necessity.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Beautiful place for our two night stay in Merano.

Pros: Our room was spacious and well appointed. We had a large balcony overlooking the lush back yard of the property. The breakfast area was very tropical and spacious. The quality and variety of food was wonderful. Both husband and wife hosts were very helpful and friendly. Very nice quiet area with a convenient free shuttle bus to take you into town and back. We walked back and forth many times. We loved our stay here.

Pros: What a delicious spread, and warm welcome from the owners. I was so happy with my room, comfy and spotlessly clean, with a great view of the garden and mountains. Super stay on all levels. Special thanks to the wonderful welcome from the family owners.

Lovely family run hotel

Pros: This a lovely hotel run by a very friendly family. It's a pleasant walk or easy bus ride into the centre of Merano and handy for the botanical gardens too. I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a lot of walking and watching the sunset from my balcony with a glass of wine from the local winery.

Cons: Nothing!
