Pros: The staff was amazing!! Very kind, helpfull and do everything to make sure you have an amazing holliday. The location is beautiful, with an amazing view over Merona

Cons: maybe the fact I had to pay 10€ for the EV charge after spending 1200 on 6 nights. I thought that would have covered the 30kwh I charged

Warm welcome by friendly staff and pleasant breakfast.

Pros: Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very spacious rooms, tennis courts, swimming pool and modest gym, but with all the equipment one would need to stay fit. Busstop in front of the hotel to catch a free bus into Merano.

Cons: Can't think of anything. Perhaps that the tennis courts could be replaced by all weather courts in the future.

Gehobenes Urlaubshotel in bester Lage zu Meran und Umgebung.

Pros: Sehr gutes Frühstück, außerordentlich aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Hervorragendes Abendessen. Sauna mit Talblick, Fitnessraum, gepflegte Innen- und Außenpools.

Cons: Es fehlte: Eine Begrüssungsflasche Mineralwasser mit 2 Gläsern im Zimmer. Es fehlte uns auch ein Wasserkocher mit Teeangebot auf dem Zimmer.

Idealne miejsce na relaks i odpoczynek

Pros: Personel i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania bardzo obfite i smaczne. Tak naprawdę wszystko dla każdego w hotelu się znajdzie. Przystanek autobusowy bezpośrednio pod hotelem. Obiekt bardzo przestronny. Duże zaplecze; bilard, golf, siłownia, baseny. Cisza spokój, ładne widoki z balkonu w pokoju.

Cons: Niestety nie było zbyt czysto. Toaleta nie była do końca posprzątana.

Pros: Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich mit schöner Aussicht nach Meran. Die Poolanlage und Garten sind wunderschön. Frühstück und Dinner fantastisch. Auch Skybar mit toller Aussicht.

Pros: Der Service im Restaurant beim Frühstück und Abendessen war ausgezeichnet! Stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffett.

Pros: Extrem nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Essen war sehr gut.

Cons: Restaurant hatte Flair eines Speisesaales. Raumteiler hätten es etwas wohnlicher gemacht

Pros: Reichhaltiges Frühstück, Abendessen von guter Qualität, ruhige Lage mit Aussicht, Swimming Pool

Cons: Beim Check-In erhielt ich an der Rezeption nicht alle hilfreichen Information, bspw. wo der Zugang zum Pool oder zum Restaurant ist. Dies musste ich nachträglich erfragen. Die Teller im Restaurant waren sehr abgenützt. Die Salatschüsseln des Salatbuffets waren ungekühlt aufgestellt. Durch die sehr warmen Temperaturen lag der Rucla nur noch schlaff in der Schüssel.
