Italy 🇮🇹

Super friendly, super relaxing, super comfortable.

Pros: Meals were varied and plentiful. Staff were super friendly. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast needed to be earlier. 7am advertised on Booking.com but it didn’t start until after 07:30. Made it quite a rush if you wanted to drive to the ski slopes, guarantee parking and make the first lift of the day.

Pros: Fantastic place with very nice and polite hotel/restaurant service. Everyone cares about the guests. Very good quality of ski room and spa. Delicious food!

Pros: Excellent dinner - local recepies, big choice Nice wine card. Great location.

Cons: In winter : Breakfast should start earlier then 7:45. Like 7:15. To be at the ski slopes at 8:30, when they start to operate, you should leave the hotel at approx. 8:00

Pros: Great location in the centre of town. We were there for a cycling event and the start/finish line was actually right outside the door! Breakfast was great, room compact but well appointed and comfortable, and great bathroom.

Cons: Only small negative was that the efficient motion detector lighting in the corridors was so efficient it didn't come on till you had almost felt your way to the bedroom door or back to the lift!

Excellent hotel, very friendly, very well situated, very clean, good value for money.

Pros: Comfortable rooms, nice balconies, very clean, very friendly personnel, excellent and varied breakfast, excellent food from the restaurant, very friendly and cozy bar with a very nice ambience, very friendly bartenders (Hello Dario). The only comment I have is: I would have loved it if the room had a coffee maker, an some additional complimentary items (like a bottle of water, box of tissues etc...) but these are minor.

Cons: sometimes too many small children shouting and running around during dinner

Very nice

Pros: Great location. Nice enough spa/sauna. Nice jacuzzi. Good breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is lively, it accommodates a lot of people and we liked the busy atmosphere. The ladies serving the food were very friendly. Thursday there is a DJ evening in the bar. Other amenities like the Foosball and Ping-Pong tables were a great way to pass some time.

Cons: Parking place was kind of crowded and hectic. We always found a spot, but it should be paved/deiced and parking lines should be drawn, else people park randomly. Shower head was punctured / broken, but usable.
