Great stay during the Olympics!

Pros: Very nice SPA with small swimming pool and saunas, excellent breakfast, spacious rooms and parking.

Cons: The SPA relaxation area was too warm, which made it difficult to cool down properly after the sauna. The breakfast system was also somewhat confusing — many tables were marked as reserved for specific rooms, so guests had to search for their assigned table and sometimes wait, even though several tables remained unoccupied. Nevertheless, the overall stay was enjoyable.

Excellent place to stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this place

Pros: We stayed at a centrally located hotel in Moena and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. It's a very family-friendly place, with a dedicated playroom for children. The spa was excellent and a perfect way to relax. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. We also appreciated the discount vouchers for local restaurants provided by the hotel – a nice added bonus!

Cons: There was no free parking available, and the refrigerator in the room wasn’t working properly.

Pros: Breakfast was good & perfectly adequate. Could be improved with a better selection of cold meats. Staff were friendly & attentive.

Cons: Would have preferred an earlier start say 07.00. This would have allowed us to get to more distant ski areas earlier.

Nice hotel except the parking solution

Pros: The location is perfect, walking distance to the city Center, our room was spacious, breakfast buffet was good

Cons: The car parking from the hotel was fully booked, the lady from the front desk recommended us to park at the public payment parking place opposite the hotel. Unfortunately she didn’t inform us that there will be a market every second Wednesday and therefore a part of the parking will be closed. The signage was very poor. We got a fine and our car was removed by the police. 5 other cars were removed as well….

A very cozy, comfortable and relaxing stay

Pros: The spacious and nice room, the swimming pool and wellness centre were a plus after a long day of hiking!

Cons: Limited garage space. Google maps took us on the mountains, whereas the hotel is downtown.

Pros: Great location, clean, friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. Great sauna and pool to relax.

Excellent accommodation, very spacious and far better than anticipated. Good location.

Pros: Breakfast was very good and plentiful. the Spa facilities are amazing and we made good use of them. Good location to town centre, ski hire shop etc. Each room has it's own heated ski locker allocated which was plenty big enough for all our equipment.

Cons: If the hotel had a bar or social space for the evening then it would have been perfect. Had to pay extra for parking, which we have never had to do be before. We chose the outside parking because it was cheaper, to park underground it was an extra 10 euros per day which is quite expensive.
