Hotel Bad Waldbrunn

Idyllic retreat in the mountains.

Pros: The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the location is wonderful. The half board dinner was excellent - highly recommended. And really nice breakfast also. Pool and sauna a bonus, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Minor niggle - the pillows are not the most comfortable, but everything else about the place is superb.

Pros: Room we stayed is new, clean with great view and very comfortable. Location is very good, near places of interest in Dolomites. Good breakfast and services from staff

Pros: Overall my summer stay was fantastic! The location was gorgeous, the building was cozy and nicely decorated, the amenities were lovely - hot sauna, ebikes, and a healthy, refreshing breakfast. I also can't overstate how much the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special! Andreas, the director, made us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of great tips. I hope to be back again soon and will definitely recommend it to my friends!!

Cons: The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't stay longer!

Excellent

Pros: Everything was amazing - staff, comfortable bed, panoramic view through the window, pool and sauna. You can spend lovely evening in the hotel’s bar - there are board games, puzzles.

Stunning new hotel in wonderful, quiet location

Pros: Immediately upon entering you’re greeted by the super friendly and helpful host Andreas. Everything is prepared for your arrival, your Sűdtirol Guest card, map of the region and all the other info you need. The breakfast is great, selection of different food for anyone’s taste, an excellent coffee machine to make your speciality coffee and normal as well as non dairy milk. Don’t miss on the sauna and swimming pool, or the gym if you still have the energy after a day out. The hotel also offers electric mountain bikes but we didn’t use them (the hotel is on a steep hill). Parking is underground and secure. You can play small billiard or try a puzzle in the lounge or enjoy the scenery if the weather is nice outside (including fire places).

Cons: Only thing that could be improved is the toilet paper (softer one) and the lights in the room. A jacuzzi is in planning apparently.

A perfect stay

Pros: The hotel is beautiful with cozy atmosphere, great breakfast and a nice pool. Andreas gave us great tips for traveling in the area and was very helpful. The lady in breakfast was very nice. Our room was beaufiully furnished and comfortable for ua as a couple+todler.

Pros: Great place to stay - very cosy, amazing views, calm and quiet. A short distance away from key sightseeing points around. Breakfast was with good variety of choice, rooms are clean, but a bit small though. Overall great place to stay.

Hope to come back some day

Pros: Nice friendly atmosphere. Spacious room with a view. Beautiful surroundings. Great pool, sauna and fitness area. We could even use electric mountain bikes for free to visit Lago di Braies. Was a fantastic cycle. And they have a delicious breakfast buffet. We packed so much into our 2 days there. Wish we could stay longer. We absolutely loved this cosy hotel. It’s the ideal base to explore the Dolomites.

Cozy place in the mountains

Pros: Clean, very confortable, lovely fireplace, nice view, we really enjoyed our stay there. The staff is super nice too. Good breakfast as well. Recommend!

A Quiet Place in Dolomiti During Summer

Pros: The location. First, the place is so serene. If you are looking for a quiet yet not remote area, this is the place. It is a strategic place to go around Dolomiti.

Cons: No restaurant as of the moment, but there is a plan to open.
