A true gem

Pros: We were so well received at the hotel, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were incredibly kind and provided us with lots of useful information about local tours and activities. Having breakfast and dinner included was a major plus, and the menu was always varied and delicious. We appreciated that there was always a vegetarian option available. Our room had an incredible view of the lake, and the surrounding nature was simply fascinating. We had a great time relaxing in the pool, the outdoor hot tub, and the very comfortable and beautiful relax room.

Cons: Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The only minor drawback worth mentioning is that the hotel isn't within walking distance of a train station, which might be a challenge for travelers using trains. Bikes to rent and a small path leading to the lake's edge would also be fantastic additions for guests to enjoy the scenery even more.

A very pleasant long weekend

Pros: Nice and quiet location by the lake. Very nice staff. Very good dinner with options and the staff is always happy to accomodate variations to the menu for kids or special requests. Breakfast is also good. The room was big and very clean. Parking available. We had a great time!

Cons: Minor thing: it would be nice to have more fruit available at breakfast or after dinner. Even fresh orange juice.

Pros: Nádherné výhledy, usměvavý a ochotný a velmi pozorný personál, skvělé jídlo, a k tomu ještě bazén a vířivka s výhledem na Kronplatz.

Cons: Nenašel jsem chyby nebo něco co by se mi nelíbilo

Sehr Freundlich

Pros: Die Familie die das Hotel führt ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Hotel jako cały obiekt zasługuje na wysoką ocenę. Personel bardzo przyjazny, jedzenie bardzo dobre.

Pros: Śniadania smaczne, wybór ograniczony, jednak uważam że każdy znajdzie coś co zaspokoi kulinarne potrzeby. Kolacje - BARDZO smaczne, bardzo wysoki poziom kulinarny.

Tres bien !!

Pros: Sehr nette Inhaberfamilie, die sich sehr viel Mühe gibt den Erwartungen der Gäste gerecht zu werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Als E-Fahrzeug Fahrer war ich sehr erfreut, dass das Hotel direkt beim Eingang zwei Wallboxen (11 kW), zur Verfügung gestellt hat - natürlich nicht unentgeltlich, aber 0,55 € sind absolut fair - keine Blockiergebühr. Die Halbpension war qualitativ hochwertig, vor allem das fünf Gänge Abend Menü.

Great hotel in a beautiful location!

Pros: The dinners were well thought out and executed and they were readily able to accommodate a vegetarian even though we had forgotten to mention it when booking

Cons: The pillows were large and a little too firm.

Pros: Hotel Seehof was the perfect location for our Milano Cortina Olympics trip! We had easy access to park and rides to get to Anterselva and Cortina, and the hotel and view of the lake was absolutely stunning. The staff was so kind and accommodating, and the breakfast every morning was such a treat. They even provided us an Alto Adige guest pass for the duriation of our stay which was such a nice touch! We'll definitely keep this hotel in mind the next time we come to Italy.

Cons: It was hard to control the heating in the room, and we ended up quite warm during the night. It would also be helpful to know which toiletries would be provided during the stay. We were not clear if our bathroom would have body wash or lotion, so we brought our own bottle only to find that body wash/lotion were provided. Additionally, it would have been nice if the spa hours were a bit longer; we were unable to take advantage of any of the spa services during our trip because they closed at 19:00. Additionally, while I appreciated the reserved table in the dining room, it would have been nice to choose our own seat and either sit by the window or sit alongside friends that we had made during our stay. Also we didn't have any issues, but it was snowing on our last day and the parking lot of the hotel is quite steep and was not plowed or treated. Some vehicles were having trouble going up the hill to the main road, so guests visiting during the winter that are uncomfortable driving in the snow should prepare for this environment.

Staff was amazing and property is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend.
