Pros: Incredible hotel, the ambient make you feel so relaxed, amazing breakfast, staff is nice and room are clean and cozy and the pool is amazing. There is a nice 10min walk to the town, with the snow is magical. One of the best hotel I've been 10/10

Book half board, it’s amazing

Pros: Superb 5 course dinner at an ad on cost of 20 euros! Halibut, wild boar, homemade pasta beautifully prepared and presented by three fabulous chefs. Gorgeous indoor outdoor pool so warm you can swim in the rain. Fantastic location with gorgeous views.

Perfect stay in Ortisei, IT

Pros: Very comfortable and luxurious hotel, located in Ortisei which is very fine place for hikers and skiers in Val Gardena, South-Tyrol. The host was very helpful and all his staff very professional. We didn't have ime the check the spa but from outside it looked interesting. The restaurant was extremely good. Professional staff and the menu interesting. Their breakfast was also very good. We will book accommodation there again.

Cons: We had trouble to sleep due to high temperature in the room but outside was 22°C or higher. Probably it isn't common to have air-condition in such buildings in this area. For people living in the northern most part of Europe it caused bit of a problem. There was also problem to park the car as the streets are very narrow. The host took though well care of the issue for us. Second night we got space in the car parking house of the hotel. One advice, book a car lot in advance and there will be no problems :) They have very nice car park at the -1 floor, spacious, clean and good lights

Pros: .We upgraded to a room with a bath (the supplement was more than we expected) but the room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A veey good selection at breakfast

Cons: The door handle was very loose to our room, we had to push hard to enter the room - its not what one expects with a superior room price tag

Exceptional

Pros: Exceptional location a 10 minute walk from town. Incredible views. Quiet and relaxing after a day exploring the mountain tops. Excellent facilities. The pool area is immaculate. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff who were genuinely interested in our wellbeing. Our room and all public places spotlessly clean. Highly recommended

Cons: All was perfect. Just know there's no air conditioning but the nights were cool enough to enjoy the fresh air from an open window

Relaxing and charming!

Pros: Breakfast was great, the pool and sauna, the views and staff were all amazing. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the funiculars for Seceda and Alpe di Suisi.

Cons: More on us as we missed it but there wasn’t really air conditioning in the room so it was a bit warm during the day. It was fine in the evenings when it was cooler.
