Solo Ski Trip

Pros: Lovely view of Sassolungo from the pool and terrace, lovely food, Giulia was very friendly and helpful at reception. I found the serving staff also very lovely people. The outdoor pool was always hot and so nice after skiing the whole day on Sellaronda. The hotel dog is friendly, and the Sunday night meal special was super nice! I found the location although not in the middle of town easily accessible by a short walk into Ortisei or a bus stop outside of the hotel. I also liked they will drop you off at a number of lifts too, took the stress away and got me to the snow quickly :) The hotel also offer tips of the day on your table at breakfast, and guided ski tours - I didn’t take them but liked that they had this, it’s a nice idea. I enjoyed my first trip to the dolomites and thank the team for a pleasant stay at a lovely hotel!

Cons: Personal preference: I didn’t like being assigned the same seat and table for my entire stay and all meals Sun-Thu, there is no personal preference permitted - although they did agree to move me when I asked but I couldn’t choose a sunnier window table and was still assigned the new table without preference. I’ve never experienced that at other hotels and it felt slightly clinical for me but I guess it’s down to personal preference! I went out a few nights to break it up and found some lovely places a short walk in Ortisei.

Pros: Our stay at Alpin Hotel in the Dolomites was exceptional in every way. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and carefully designed down to the smallest detail, from the scent in the lobby to the quality of the bedding and food. The atmosphere is calm, the view breathtaking, and every corner radiates peace and elegance. Marcus and the entire team were outstanding: kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They make you feel like you’re at home, not just a guest. Every request was met with warmth and professionalism. A perfect place for anyone seeking a high-level vacation with personal attention and a true sense of home. We’ll definitely return.

I would highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: Everything!. The reception staff were really friendly and helpfull Lucas at check in was very informative and showed us around the hotel. Giulia at check out was very helpful and sorted an issue with the bill. The breakfast was excellent and staff were great. The location of the hotel is central. There is a underground parking. The facilities are great and open 24hrs. The place is just perfect!

Cons: Not much.. The dinner menue is limited and little complicated.

Comfortable upmarket family-run hotel

Pros: Very comfortable upmarket family-run hotel that has expanded over the years. Good room, restaurant and bar. Great for a relaxing stay in stunning scenery

Wonderful pool and spa facilities, bike hire, beauty of a breakfast

Pros: The decor and setting were stunning! Every little detail considered

Cons: The only thing that made me sad was that you had to pay 2 euro for using an Nespresso coffee pod in your room

Amazing experience

Pros: The spa was great. The swimming pools very pleasant. Lots of places to relax in peace and quiet.

Cons: Access to parking could be explained better. But really a detail overall
